Abstract

Sistem kelistrikan pada suatu perusahaan menjadi salah satu bagian yang sangat penting. Gangguan pada sistem kelistrikan dapat mengakibatkan terganggunya kontinuitas pelayanan daya listrik. Pada PT. Terminal Teluk Lamong terjadi trip secara bersamaan pada rele yang ada karena setting waktu tunda antar rele baik rele fasa ataupun ground sangat kecil (kurang dari 0,2 detik). Hal ini dikarenakan setting rele pada PT. Terminal Teluk Lamong mengikuti setting dari PT. PLN (Persero) yang berada pada bagian incoming plant ini di mana nilainya tidak dapat di ubah oleh pihak PT. Terminal Teluk Lamong. Nilai impedansi beban pada PT. Terminal Teluk Lamong membuat rele invers pada PT. PLN (Persero) trip pada waktu 0,372 detik untuk rele overcurrent fasa. Selain itu karena setting rele ground pada PT. PLN (Persero) hanya sebesar 0,1 detik dengan kurva invers membuat rele PT. PLN (Persero) aktif terlebih dahulu ketika terjadi gangguan fasa ke tanah di sistem 20kV yang menyebabkan sistem kelistrikan langsung mati total. Penggunaan insulating transformer dengan hubungan belitan delta-wye diharapkan akan memberikan impedansi tambahan pada sistem sehingga membuat waktu tunda rele PLN semakin besar sekaligus memisahkan bagian outgoing PT. PLN (bagian primer trafo) dan incoming PT. Terminal Teluk Lamong (bagian sekunder trafo) sehingga gangguan fasa ke tanah juga dapat teratasi ========================================================= Electrical systems is one of the most important part in a company. Disturbance of the electrical system may cause a failure of the continuity in electrical power services. At PT. Terminal Teluk Lamong occurs simultaneous trips on existing plant because time delay setting between relay, both phase or ground is very small (less than 0.2 seconds). This happen because setting relay on PT. Terminal Teluk Lamong follows the setting of PT. PLN (Persero) that located in this incoming plant and the value of relay PT. PLN (Persero) can not be changed by PT. Terminal Teluk Lamong. The value of load impedance at PT. Terminal Teluk Lamong makes inverse relay at PT. PLN (Persero) trip at 0.372 seconds for phase overcurrent relay. In addition, due to the setting of ground relay on PT. PLN (Persero) is only 0.1 seconds with inverse curve and make rele PT. PLN (Persero) active first when there was a phase to ground failure in system 20kV and causing the electrical system of PT. Terminal Teluk Lamong blackout completely. The use of insulating transformers with the delta-wye winding configuration is expected to provide additional impedance to the system so that the delay time of the greater PLN releases. It can also separates the outgoing parts of PT. PLN (primary transformer) and incoming PT. Terminal Teluk Lamong (secondary part of transformer) so that phase to ground failure can also be solved.
