Abstract
Salah satu penelitian mengenai E-Budgeting adalah The Successful Implementation of E Budgeting In Public University: A Study at Individual Level (Purwohandoko et.al., 2015). Pada paper ini membahas bagaimana proses implementasi E-Budgeting dan dampaknya terhadap individu. Hasilnya adalah proses implementasi E-Budgeting masih belum sepenuh berjalan dengan baik, dimana masih terdapat berbagai kekurangan yaitu kurangnya dukungan organisasi, pelatihan yang kurang terhadap pengguna, sehingga masih diperlukan perbaikan secara berkelanjutan dalam rangka mengoptimalkan implementasi E-Budgeting. Namun penelitian ini hanya sebatas meneliti kesuksesan pada level individu. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meneliti kesuksesan sistem E-Village Budgeting ditinjau dari aspek dampak organisasi atau manfaat bersih.
Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, peneliti mencoba untuk memecahkan permasalahan tersebut dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sebuah konseptual yang dimodifikasi oleh peneliti yang didasarkan pada kajian berbagai referrensi yang ada terkait model Delone dan Mclean berisi komponen-komponen kesuksesan sistem informasi, antara lain: kualitas sistem informasi, kualitas informasi, penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna, dan kesuksesan sistem E-Village Budgeting ditinjau dari aspek dampak organisasi atau manfaat bersih. Dari komponen-komponen tersebut, saling terkait satu sama lain untuk mencapai kesuksesan utama yaitu manfaat bersih yang diperoleh dari penggunaan sistem informasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesuksesan implementasi E-Village Budgeting, hal ini menjelaskan bahwa masih terdapat kekurangan dalam koneksi jaringan yang tidak stabil. Kalitas informasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesuksesan implementasi E-Village Budgeting, hal ini menjelaskan bahwa masih kurangnya beberapa item-item dalam kode rekening. Penggunaan sistem berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesuksesan implementasi E-Village Budgeting, hal ini menjelaskan penggunaan sistem mampu meningkatkan produktivitas pengguna dan kepuasan pengguna berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesuksesan implementasi E-Village Budgeting, hal ini menjelaskan bahwa pengguna merasa puas dalam menggunakan sistem untuk mempercepat proses pembuatan laporan keuangan desa dibanding sebelumnya.

One study on E-Budgeting is The Successful Implementation of E Budgeting In Public University: A Study at Individual Level (Purwohandoko et.al., 2015). This paper discusses how the process of implementing E-Budgeting and its impact on individuals. The result is that the E-Budgeting implementation process is still not fully functional, where there are still many shortcomings: lack of organizational support, lack of training to users, so there is still a need for continuous improvement in order to optimize E-Budgeting implementation. But this study is limited to researching success at the individual level. Therefore, this study was conducted to examine the success of the E-Village Budgeting system in terms of organizational impact or net benefits.
Based on the above problems, the researcher tries to solve the problem by using quantitative method. A conceptually modified by researchers based on the review of the various referrences that exists regarding the Delone and Mclean models contain the components of information system success, including: information system quality, information quality, usage, user satisfaction, and E-Village Budgeting system success From aspects of organizational impact or net benefits. Of these components, are interconnected with each other to achieve the ultimate success of the net benefits derived from the use of information systems.
The results of this study indicate that the quality of the system has no significant effect on the success of E-Village Budgeting implementation, this explains that there is still a shortage in unstable network connection. The information quality has no significant effect on the success of E-Village Budgeting implementation, it explains that there are still few items in the account code. The use of the system has a significant effect on the successful implementation of E-Village Budgeting, this explains the use of the system to improve user productivity and user satisfaction significantly influence the successful implementation of E-Village Budgeting, this explains that users feel satisfied in using the system to accelerate the process of making financial reports Village than before.
