Abstract
Pada era sekarang perkembangan bisnis semakin meningkat dimana hal ini tidak terlepas dari peran Teknologi Informasi yang semakin canggih. Efisiensi waktu dan biaya yang ditawarkan Teknologi Informasi menjadikan para pemilik bisnis merasa perlu menerapkannya guna membantu dalam mengelola dan meningkatkan efisiensi bisnis mereka. Sebuah Teknologi Informasi yang banyak digunakan dalam dunia bisnis adalah sistem Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP). ERP menawarkan sistem komplek yang dalam penerapannya mencakup teknologi, operasional, manajerial, strategi, dan komponen organisasi lainnya. Salah satu ERP yang populer adalah Systems Application and Product (SAP). Dalam implementasinya perusahaan harus menyesuaikan dengan modul-modul yang telah disediakan oleh sistem. Apabila terjadi kegagalan atau ketidaksesuaian dalam implementasinya maka perusahaan akan kehilangan manfaat penting dari SAP serta kehilangan biaya investasi yang tidak sedikit karena mahalnya biaya yang harus dikeluarkan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka PT. Sinergi Informatika Semen Indonesia (SISI) yang merupakan anak perusahaan PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk yang bergerak di lini bisnis ICT merilis software ERP bernama FORCA ERP pada tanggal 27 September 2016 lalu, dengan harapan sebagai solusi permasalahan berbagai proses bisnis secara terpadu di Indonesia. Karena FORCA ERP merupakan sebuah produk lokal dan baru, oleh karena itu dirasa penting untuk membandingkan dengan produk yang populer dalam bidangnya yaitu SAP ERP. Pada penelitian Tugas Akhir ini dilakukan perbandingan aspek fungsionalitas dan non fungsionalitas pada SAP terhadap FORCA ERP.
Perbandingan dilakukan untuk menilai kesesuaian pada kedua
produk SAP dan FORCA ERP dalam aspek fungsionalitas dan
non fungsionalitas serta perbandingan kesesuaian FORCA
ERP terhadap karakteristik UMKM. Pada aspek fungsionalitas
perbandingan berfokus pada modul sales, purchase, dan
accounting dengan membandingkan fitur dan proses keduanya.
Sedangkan untuk aspek non fungsionalitas perbandingan
dilakukan dengan menetapkan karakteristik serta indikator
penilainya. Setalah dilakukan perbandingan, didapatkan
diperoleh hasil bahwa pada aspek fungsionalitas, FORCA ERP
kurang lebih memiliki kesesuaian fitur dan proses secara
umum dengan SAP. Kemudian pada aspek non fungsionalitas
FORCCA ERP memiliki kesesuaian dengan karakteristik
UMKM pada aspek non fungsionalitas. Hasil dari
perbandingan ini dapat digunakan terutama oleh UMKM untuk
menggunakan FORCA ERP sebagai alternatif ERP dengan
mengetahui perbandingan keduanya.

In this current era of business development more increasing,
where it is can not be separated from the role of Information
Technology which is sophisticated. The time and cost efficiency
of Information Technology makes business owners feel the need
apply it to assist in
managing and improving their business
efficiency. An Information Technology now widely used in the
business world is called Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP)
system. ERP offers a complex system that its includes
technology, operations, managerial, strat
egy, and other
organizational components. One of the popular ERP is Systems
Application and Product (SAP). For implementation SAP,
company must adapt to modules that have been provided by the
system. If the failure happens or incompatibility in
implementat
ion process, its means that company will lose the
important benefits of SAP and also loss of investment costs were
not small but high costs that its been incurred.
Based on that, PT. Sinergi Informatika Semen Indonesia (SISI)
which is a subsidiary of PT.
Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk
which work in the business line of ICT released software named
FORCA ERP on September 27, 2016 ago, with the hope its can
be solution to the problems of various integrated business
processes in Indonesia. Because FORCA ERP is
a local and
new product, it is very important to compare with popular
products such SAP ERP. In this Final Project research, it’s
compare of functionality and non functionality aspects of SAP
and FORCA ERP. The Comparisons were made to assess the
suitabili
ty of both SAP and FORCA ERP products in terms of
functionality and non functionality as well as the comparison of
FORCA ERP to the characteristics of UMKM. In this aspect of
compare functionality focuses on sales, purchase, and
accounting modules by compa
ring the features and processes
of both. As for the non
-
functional aspects of comparison is done
by setting the characteristics and indicators of the assessment.
After the comparison, obtained results in the aspects of
functionality, FORCA ERP more or less
has the suitability of
features and processes in general with SAP. Then on the aspect
of non
-
functionality FOR
CA ERP has conformity with the
characteristics of SMEs on aspects of non
-
functionality. The
results of this comparison can be used primarily by U
MKM to
use FORCA ERP as an alternative to ERP by knowing the
comparison of both.
