Abstract
Tahapan Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), yaitu goal dan scope, life cycle inventory, life cycle impact assessment, dan interpretation data.

The process of producing fuel oil (BBM) type of diesel consists of exploration and production, processing, distribution and usage. Each activity process produces emissions that can cause environmental impacts. Emissions generated in the form of emissions of greenhouse gases and air pollutant gas. This study identifies the impact of oil and gas industry emissions using Life Cycle Assessment (LCA).
Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is used to assess the environmental impacts of the EDIP 2003 method. Each production process cycle data is analyzed by SimaPro 8.3 software. Stages of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), consists of goal and scope, life cycle inventory, life cycle impact assessment, and interpretation data. Then the selection of the optimum alternative using the method of Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP). The AHP method consists of hierarchically constructing problems, setting priorities, and measuring logical consistency.
The results of the research on each of the different process. The exploration and production produce emissions of 0,0037 tonCO2/product and 0,0015 tonCH4/product. Refinery process produce of 0,15 tonCO2/product and 0,003 tonCH4/product. Distribution process produce emissions of 1,16x10-3 tonCO2/product dan 8,41x10-7 tonCH4/product. Usage process produce emissions of 5,36 tonCO2/product and 1,76x10-3 tonCH4/product. From diesel production process, the impact on global warming 100a, ozone depletion, ozon formation (human), and human toxicity air. The greatest impact comes from the processing of 94.6% due to the activity on the crude distilasi. While in each process the greatest impact is caused by, production wells in the exploration and production process, supporting activities in the distribution process, and the use of diesel fuel. After the impact is known, an alternative analysis can be used in each activity. Alternative well production activities that can be used is enhanced oil / gas recovery. Alternative activity of distillation crude that can be used is disalter design as inert gas. Alternative supporting activities that can be used is increased usage of low sulfur fuel. Alternative activity of diesel fuel usage that can be used is eco-driving.
