Abstract

Perencanaan gedung perkuliahan ini menggunakan struktur utama beton bertulang dan struktur atap baja. Bangunan memiliki 6 lantai yang difungsikan sebagai laboratorium, ruang kelas, dan tempat perkuliahan. Bangunan ini merupakan gedung fasilitas pendidikan sehingga gempa rencananya termasuk kategori resiko IV. Berdasarkan perhitungan gempa, bangunan masuk dalam Kategori Desain Seismik (KDS) C. Oleh karena itu, bangunan ini direncanakan menggunakan metode Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Menengah (SRPMM) Pembebanan yang ditinjau dari perencanaan ini adalah beban mati, beban hidup, beban angin dan beban gempa sesuai SNI 1727-2013. Untuk beban gempa dihitung menggunakan Statik Ekivalen sesuai SNI 1726-2012. Untuk mempermudah perhitungan, bangunan dimodelkan menggunakan SAP 2000. Perhitungan atap baja mengacu SNI 1729-2015. Sedangkan untuk perhitungan beton bertulang mengacu SNI 2847-2013. Dari perencanaan ini diharapkan bangunan mampu menahan gaya gempa yang terjadi. Hasil dari perhitungan diperoleh struktur atas seperti dimensi balok, dimensi kolom, dan tebal pelat lantai serta pelat tangga. Sedangkan untuk struktur atap diperoleh dimensi gording, penggantung gording, ikatan angin, dan kuda-kuda. Hasil analisa tersebut selanjutnya dituangkan kedalam gambar teknik. Serta diperoleh hasil hitungan volume beton dan penulangan untuk portal yang telah ditentukan. ================================================================= The calculation of this college building using the main structure of reinforced concrete and steel roof structure. The building has 6 floors which functioned as laboratory, classroom, and place of lecturing. This building is an educational facility building so that the earthquake plan is include in the risk category IV. Based on the calculation of earthquake, the buildig entered in the Categorical Design of Seismic C. Therefore, the building is planned using Intermediate Moment Resisting Frame.. The loads observed from this plan are dead load, live load, wind load, and earthquake load accordingly SNI 03-1727-2013. For earthquake loads are calculated using equivalent static ccordingly SNI 03-1726-2012. To simplify calculations, buildings are modeled using SAP 2000. Calculation of steel roof refers to SNI 1729-2015. While for the calculation of reinforced concrete refers to SNI 03-2847-2013. This planning is expected that the building be able to withstand earthquake force that happened.The result obtained from calculation of top structures such as beam dimensions, column dimensions, and the thickness of floor plate and plate ladder. While for the roof structures obtained dimensions of gording, hanging gording, wind bonds,and rafter. The result of the analysis is futher poured into the engineering drawing. As well as the result of the calculation of the volume of concrete and reinforcement for the portal that has been determined.
