Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh minimnya akses pelayanan PDAM dan HIPPAM pada tahun 2015 di Kecamatan Benjeng yaitu 0,7 % untuk pelayanan SPAM PDAM dan 5,95 % pelayanan SPAM HIPPAM. Sedangkan Pemerintah Kabupaten Gresik menargetkan cakupan jaringan perpipaan (PDAM HIPPAM) pada tahun 2019 sebesar 53 %, cakupan bukan jaringan perpipaan terlindungi sebesar 42 %, dan cakupan bukan jaringan perpipaan tidak terlindungi sebesar 5 %, sehingga mampu memenuhi rencana aksi untuk mencapai target pelayanan 100 % sesuai yang tertuang dalam dokumen Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Nasional (RPJMN) tahun 2015-2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan inventarisasi sumber air bersih untuk keperluan penyediaan air bersih, memetakan wilayah dan menganalisis upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersih sebagai solusi dalam penanganan masalah ketersediaan air bersih yang masih terbatas, dan memberikan rekomendasi penerapan teknologi pengolahan air yang cocok untuk Kecamatan Benjeng.
Analisis yang dilakukan diantaranya inventarisasi sistem penyediaan air eksisting, proyeksi penduduk dan kebutuhan air rentang periode 2015 – 2030, penilaian kondisi sistem penyediaan dari segi kuantitas, kualitas, dan kontinuitas, serta penerapan teknologi yang sesuai dengan kondisi masing-masing dusun. Hasil analisis disajikan dalam bentuk peta overlay untuk mempermudah dan memperjelas daerah penelitian.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah inventarisasi sistem penyediaan air bersih di mana masyarakat di Kecamatan Benjeng memanfaatkan air sumber PDAM, embung, dan air tanah (sumur). Desa yang terlayani PDAM yaitu Bulurejo, Munggugianti, dan Balungtunjung. Terdapat 1 embung yang telah terdapat pengolahan IPAM sederhana di Dusun Jatirembe, 3 embung dengan filter pasir, di mana terletak di Dusun Gluran, Metatu, dan Bengkelo. Terdapat 2 embung yang sedang dalam tahap pembangunan penyediaan pengolahan yang terletak di Dusun Wonosari dan Pundut. Sementara masyarakat yang memanfaatkan air tanah (sumur) yang berada di tengah Kali Lamong memiliki kualitas paling bagus terbukti dari hasil uji. Hasil penilaian penyediaan eksisting, desa dengan kuantitas sumber air terbatas termasuk desa dengan sistem penyediaan buruk yaitu Desa Banter, Klampok, Dermo, Sirnoboyo, Balongmojo, Kalipadang, Kedungrukem, dan Karangankidul. Teknologi penyediaan air yang dapat di terapkan di Kecamatan Benjeng berupa tandon hidran umum, mobil tangki air, pengolahan air embung, pemasangan PDAM, penampungan air hujan (PAH), dan pengolahan air sumur skala rumah tangga.

This research motivated by the lack of water service access in Benjeng where is 0,7 % for SPAM-PDAM service, 5,95% for SPAM-HIPPAM service. Meanwhile, Gresik Regency has a target in 2019, coverage of the pipelines amounts to 53 %, coverage not network of the pipelines amounts to 42 %, and coverage not network unprotected the pipelines amounts to 5 %, thus being able to fulfill the plan of action to achieve access to
water services target 100% as stated in the document of the national medium term development plan (RPJMN) in 2015 - 2019. This research aims to inventory the source of water for the purpose of providing water, mapping the area and analyzing the fulfillment water needs as a solution in handling the problem of
the availability of water is still limited, and to recommend the application of water treatment technology suitable for Benjengdistrict. The analysis is the inventory water supply system existing, projection of population and water requirements span the period
2015-2030, assessment of the condition the supply system in terms of quantity, quality, and continuity, as well as the application of technology in accordance with the conditions of
each village. The results of the analysis are presented in the form of overlay maps to make it easier and more clear and calrify research areas.
The result of this research is an inventory of water supply system which people in Benjeng district utilize water source of PDAM, lake, and ground water (well). Villages served by PDAM are Bulurejo, Munggugianti, and Balungtunjung.
There is one lake already has simple IPAM processing in Jatirembe Hamlet, three lake with sand filter, which are located in Gluran, Metatu, and Bengkelo hamlets, two lake that are in the process of developing
the provision of processing located in Wonosari and Pundut Hamlets. While people who use groundwater (wells) located in the middle of Lamong River has the best quality proven from the result test.
The results of the assessment the provision of existing, rural areas with a limited quantity of water sources include villages with poor provisioning systems, there are : Banter, Klampok, Dermo, Sirnoboyo, Balongmojo, Kalipadang, Kedungrukem, and Karangankidul.
Water supply technology that can be applied in Benjeng district is general hydrants, mobile water tanks, lake water treatment plants, PDAM installation, rain water harvesting, and well water treatment in household scale.
