Abstract

Gangguan hubung singkat dapat mengakibatkan kerugian, baik bagi pihak konsumen, maupun pihak penyedia listrik. Kerugian dapat diminimalkan dengan penentuan lokasi gangguan secara cepat. Gangguan hubung singkat yang terjadi di suatu titik akan mengakibatkan terjadinya kedip tegangan pada sistem kelistrikan. Beberapa perkiraan daerah gangguan hubung singkat dapat ditentukan berdasarkan kedip tegangan yang terjadi. Jarak lokasi gangguan dapat ditentukan dari beberapa perkiraan daerah yang sudah diurutkan berdasar kedip tegangan. Hasil kemudian diimplementasikan menggunakan Geographical Information System (GIS) aset pemetaan PLN Area Distribusi Jawa Timur, sehingga dapat memberikan hasil perkiraan jarak lokasi gangguan dengan tampilan yang informatif dalam segi keruangan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, didapatkan nilai error untuk setiap kali pengujian. Nilai rata-rata error untuk pengujian pada hubung singkat satu fasa ke tanah, dua fasa ke tanah, tiga fasa ke tanah, dan antar fasa secara berurutan adalah sebesar 3,4626%, 1,7801%, 0,288%, dan 2,0309%. ============================================================================================== Short circuit faults can result in disadvantages, both to the consumer, and to the electricity provider. The disadvantages can be minimalize by detecting fault location quickly. Short circuit faults that occur at a point will result in the occurrence of voltage sags on the electrical system. Some estimates of short circuit region can be determined based on the voltage sags. The distances of the fault location can be determined from the approximate regions that have been sequenced based on the voltage sags. The results are then implemented by using Geographical Information System (GIS) of mapping assets of PLN East Java Distribution Area, so as to give an approximate distance of fault location with an informative view in terms of spatial. Based on the research done, the error value obtained for each time testing. The largest error values for testing on short-circuit single line to ground, double line to ground, three phase to ground, and line to line are 3.4626%, 1.7801%, 0.288%, and 2.0309% respectively.
