Abstract

Daerah irigasi (DI) Siman memiliki areal seluas 23,562 Ha, meliputi areal irigasi di Kabupaten Kediri seluas 5.524 ha dan Kabupaten Jombang seluas 18.038 ha. Luas baku sawah yang ada (existing) Daerah Irigasi Siman yang diairi dari Dam Damarwulan adalah 8.289 Ha. Intensitas tanam exsisting yang dicapai DI. Siman yang diairi dari Dam Damarwulan sebesar 268,72% dengan pola tanam padi / palawija / tebu – padi / palawija / tebu – palawija / tebu. Pada musim kemarau D.I Siman mengalami kurangnya air. Metode yang digunakan untuk menghitung kebutuhan air adalah metode klimatologi, faktor palawija relative (FPR), dan menggunakan aplikasi Cropwat 8.0. Dari perhitungan tesebut didapatkan intensitas tanam rencana sebesar 300% dengan pola tanam padi-padi-palawija. Perhitungan nilai Benefit Cost Rasio (BCR) exsisting didapatkan sebesar 0,66 dengan keuntungan sebesar Rp. 153.526.577.492,50. Sedangkan nilai Benefit Cost Rasio (BCR) rencana sebesar 1,13 dengan keuntungan sebesar Rp. 272.730.297.205,00. Dengan melaksanakan rencana operasi dan pemeliharaan tersebut secara baik dan benar diharapkan dapat mencukupi kebutuhan air untuk meningkatkan pola tanam dan meningkatkan hasil produksi pertanian pada daerah irigasi Siman, Jawa Timur. ==================================================================================================== Area irrigated of Siman has an area of 23,562 Ha, covering an area of irrigation in the District of Kediri is 5.524 ha and the District of Jombang is 18.038 ha. land area (existing) in Siman that is watered from Dam Damarwulan is 8,289 Ha. The existing cr opping intensity accomplished irrigation area of siman is watered from the Dam Damarwulan amounted 268.72% with the planting patterns of rice/vegetable/cane – rice/vegetable/cane - vegetable/cane . During the dry season in irrigation area of Siman suffered a lack of water. The method used to calculate the water requirement is a method of climatology, the vegetable factor relative (FPR), and used Cropwat 8.0 applications. Calculations are obtained from the intensity of cultivation plan of 300% with the plant ing patterns of rice - rice - vegetable. The calculation of the value of the Benefit Cost ratio (BCR) exsisting obtained amounted to 0.66 with profit of Rp. 153,526,577,492.50. While the value of the Benefit Cost ratio (BCR) plans of 1.13 with profit of Rp. 27 2,730,297,205.00. By carrying out the operation and maintenance plan properly expected to be sufficient to improve the water needs of the cropping pattern and improve the results of agricultural production in the area of irrigation Siman, East Java.
