Abstract
Metode Resistivitas merupakan metode yang dapat memberikan informasi mengenai tahanan jenis sebuah media, salah satunya media seperti tanah. Tahanan jenis yang rendah pada tanah tersaturasi fluida dapat mengindikasikan kondisi lingkungan yang konduktif. Lingkungan yang konduktif berpotensi menciptakan korosi pada logam umumnya dan khususnya besi. Permodelan numerik resistivitas-korosivitas digunakan untuk mengkorelasikan parameter resistivitas dengan parameter korosivitas seperti laju korosi. Sehingga dari permodelan numerik tersebut dihasilkan persamaan numerik yang dapat mencitrakan laju korosi yang berpotensi terjadi dari hasil penampang resistivitas. Permodelan numerik resistivitas untuk menganalisis laju korosi ini dapat digunakan untuk melakukan kontroling pipa yang ditanam di bawah tanah. Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan permodelan resistivitas terhadap laju korosi dari data uji labolatorium terhadap sampel besi AISI 1045 dengan memberikan variasi konsentrasi larutan NaCl terhadap media, dan variasi waktu pengukuran laju korosi. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa persamaan numerik yang merepresentasikan hubungan antara resistivitas terhadap laju korosi. Persamaan numerik tersebut adalah CR=0,1844.rho^(-0,187).

Resistivity method can provide information about the type of resistance contained in the media, especially media such as soil. The low type resistance to the fluid-saturated soil may indicate a conductive environmental condition. Where conductive environments have the potential to create corrosion in common metals and especially iron. Corrosivity-resistivity numerical modeling is used to correlate between resistivity parameters and corrosivity parameters such a corrosion rate. From the numerical modeling is produced numerical equations that can imaging the corrosion rate that potentially occurs from the resistivity cross section. Numerical modeling of resistivity to analyze the corrosion rate can be used to control the underground pipe. In this undergraduae thesis, resistivity model was applied to corrosion rate from laboratory test data to AISI 1045 iron sample by giving variation of NaCl solution concentration to media, and variation of time measurement of corrosion rate. The final result is a numerical equation which represents the relationship between resistivity to corrosion rate. The numerical equation is CR=0,1844.rho^(-0,187).
