Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini dibahas analisa keandalan terhadap beban kelelahan pada konstruksi jacket platform dengan mempertimbangkan korosi. Jacket platform Sepinggan P yang beroprasi di perairan Kalimantan Timur dengan umur design 30 tahun diambil sebagai obyek dalam penelitian. Analisa kelelahan akibat beban dinamis dan gelombang dihitung dengan metode full spectral fatigue analysis, sedangkan analisa keandalan menggunakan simulasi Monte Carlo pada tubular joint yang memiliki service life terendah. Analisa tanpa mempertimbangkan korosi menunjukkan service life terendah sebesar 61,5 tahun, sehingga masih diijinkan beroperasi untuk beberapa tahun mendatang setelah design life tercapai. Dengan mempertimbangkan timbulnya korosi, fatigue damage terbesar sekaligus service life terendah terjadi pada joint 4101 pada korosi 1/8 in di daerah jacket, dengan fatigue damage sebesar 0,8665 dan service life 31,269 tahun dengan faktor 2, serta keandalan sebesar 0,95322. Batas kondisi korosi yang bisa diterima adalah korosi pada daerah splash zone tidak melebihi 1/16 in atau korosi pada daerah jacket tidak melebihi 1/32 in, karena indeks keandalan pada kondisi tersebut masih diatas 2,0. ===================================================================================== In this research, the reliability analysis of fatigue load in jacket platform construction was discussed by considering the corrosion variations. The object of this research was Sepinggan P Jacket Platform which operated in East Kalimantan sea with 30 years of design life. Fatigue analysis caused by dynamic load and wave is calculated using full spectral fatigue analysis. Furthermore, the Monte Carlo simulation is used to analyze the reliability of tubular joints which has the lowest service life. The analysis of the condition without considering the corrosion shows the lowest service life is 61,5 years; then it is allowable to be operated for next few years after design life passed. By considering the corrosion condition, the highest fatigue damage also the lowest service life has occurred on joint 4101 with a 1/8 inch corrosion in jacket area, fatigue damage 0,8665 and service life is 31,269 years with safety factor 2. Moreover, the reliability is 0,95322. Acceptable safe corrosion limits for the structure are; corrosion in splash zone area les than 1/16 inch, or corrosion in jacket area less than 1/32 inch since the reliability index in these conditions is still above 2,0.
