Abstract

Adanya peningkatan kebutuhan daya listrik pada saat ini menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan terhadap kualitas daya listrik pada sistem jaringan distribusi. Hal tersebut merupakan peluang untuk melakukan pengembangan dan pembaharuan pada sistem jaringan distribusi daya listrik . Distributed generation (DG) atau pembangkit daya listrik yang tersebar di tingkat jaringan distribusi adalah salah satu solusi yang dapat meningkatakan kualitas daya listrik. Pemasangan distributed deneration (DG) dapat meningkatkan nilai tegangan, mengurangi rugi – rugi daya pada saluran, memperbaiki tingkat keandalan dan parameter keamanan teknis serta mengurangi kemampatan aliran arus pada saluran jaringan distribusi. Sehingga sesuai dengan hal yang telah dipaparkan diatas maka dirancang sebuah simulator penentuan lokasi dan ukuran optimal distributed deneration (DG) dengan menggunakan metode analitis pada jaringan distribusi radial dengan mempertimbangkan rugi – rugi daya pada jaringan dan profil tegangan. Pada simulator ini menggunakan sistem Geographicalal information system (GIS), sehingga dalam penentuan lokasi diperoleh lokasi secara geografis yang diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai pertimbangan non teknis pada pemasangan distributed generation (DG).

The increasing demand for electricity at this time raises several problems to the power quality in the distribution network system. This is an opportunity to develop the power distribution network system. Distributed generation (DG) or power plant spread over the distribution network level is one solution that could increase the power quality of distribution system. Installation of distributed generation (DG) could increase the value of voltage, reduce power losses in the line, improve the level of reliability and technical security parameters and reduce current flow on the distribution network. So in accordance with the things described above it is designed a simulator determining the location and size of the optimal distributed deneration (DG) by using analytical methods on the radial distribution network by considering power losses on the distribution network and voltage profile. In this simulator using Geographicalal information system (GIS) system, so that in determining location obtained Geographicalal location which is expected to be used as non technical consideration on installation of distributed generation (DG).
