Abstract
Daerah Irigasi Brangkal Bawah berlokasi di Kabupaten Madiun dengan luas area 1.026 Ha. Jaringan irigasi ini mendapatkan pasokan air dari Bendung Brangkal dengan melalui intake Kali Brangkal.
Terbatasnya jumlah air memungkinkan terjadinya gangguan pemberian air ke sawah. Untuk mengoptimalkan pemberian air yang merata serta meningkatkan produktivitas tani perlu peningkatan produktivitas lahan dan pemberian air sesuai dengan kebutuhan.
Dalam studi ini diperlukan analisa dengan program bantu Quantity Methods for Windows . Data input dalam operasi program linear yang digunakan adalah debit andalan dan kebutuhan air tiap masing-masing jenis tanaman. Output yang dihasilkan dari program ini ialah luas lahan maksimum dan keuntungan nilai produksi yang akan diperoleh. Dari beberapa awal tanam yang direncanakan dalam model alternatif 1 sampai 9 yaitu awal tanam November 1 sampai Januari 3 dengan debit andalan 80%. Model alternatif 7 pola tanam atau awal tanam Januari 1 yang menghasilkan keuntungan nilai produksi terbesar 38.429.198.514,00 rupiah dengan intensitas 225,30%. Sedangkan keuntungan pada keadaan semula hanya mencapai 37,216,756,206.00 rupiah, nilai intensitas tanam 220,47% dengan awal masa tanam Desember 1 atau Model alternatif 4. Hasil keuntungan semula senilai 36,419,777,100.00 rupiah dengan intensitas tanam 156.73%.

The Brangkal Bawah Irrigation Area is located in Madiun District with an area of 1,026 Ha. This irrigation stream receives water supply from Brangkal Dam through Brake River intake.
The limited amount of water allows the disturbance of water supply to rice fields. To optimize the equitable distribution of water and increase farm productivity, it is necessary to increase land productivity and water supply as needed.
In this study, we needed an analysis with Quantity Methods for Windows application. The input data in the linear program operation used is Inflow and the water requirements of each plant species. The output generated from this program is the maximum land area and profit value of production to be obtained. From some initial planting planned in alternative model 1 to 9 that is early planting November 1 until January 3 with 80% mainstay discharge. Alternative model 7 cropping pattern or early January 1 producing the highest profit production value 38.429.198.514,00 rupiah with the intensity of 225,30%. While the profit in the original state only reached 37,216,756,206.00 rupiah, the value of planting intensity of 220.47% with the beginning of the planting period December 1 or alternative model 4. The original profit of 36.419,777,100.00 rupiah with the intensity of planting 156.73%.
