Abstract

Desain struktur Hotel yang diasumsikan akan dibangun di daerah Surabaya dan direncanakan memiliki 12 lantai. Berdasarkan hasil Standart Penetration Test (SPT) diketahui bahwa hotel akan dibangun diatas kelas situs tanah lunak dan termasuk dalam kategori desain seismik D sehingga perencanaan struktur menggunakan metode Sistem Ganda (Dual System). Perhitungan dan gempa mengacu pada peraturan yang berlaku. Proses dalam perhitungan struktur meliputi analisa pembebanan, permodelan struktur, analisa gaya dalam, perhitungan penulangan, serta cek persyaratan elemen struktur. Untuk analisa gempa dalam perancangan ini digunakan desain respon spektrum. Tujuan dari Tugas akhir ini adalah mampu merencanakan struktur gedung beton bertulang dengan metode sistem ganda berdasarkan SNI 1726:2012, SNI 1727:2013, dan SNI 2847:2013. Dari hasil perhitungan, dimensi struktur atas terdiri dari pelat lantai dengan tebal 12 cm, dimensi balok induk 40 cm x 70 cm, dimensi balok anak 30 cm x 60 cm, dimensi kolom 80 cm x 80 cm, tebal dinding geser 30 cm, dan dimensi sloof 40 cm x 70 cm. ======================================================================================================================== The structure design which is assumed will be built in Surabaya area and planned to have 12 floors. The result of Standart Penetration Test (SPT) being known that hotel will be build on the soft soil and included to the category of D seismic design. So, it does a plan using dual system method. the calculation and earthquakes refer to the applicable regulation. Processes in structural includes load analysis, structural modeling, inner force analysis, reinforcement calculation, checks for the requirement of the structural element. For the seismic anaysis in this design is used to the spectrum response. The purpose of this final project is able to plan the structure of reinforced concrete building by dual system method based on SNI 1726:2012, SNI 1727: 2013, and SNI 2847: 2013. By the calculation, the upper structure dimensio consists of platform by 12 cm thick, the dimension of the main beam is 40 cm x 70 cm, the dimension of the beam is 30 cm x 60 cm, the column dimension is 80 cm x 80 cm, the shear wall tickness is 30 cm, and sloof 40 cm x70 cm
