Abstract

Waduk Tukul Pacitan terletak di wilayah Desa Karanggede, Kecamatan Arjosari, Kabupaten Pacitan, Jawa Timur dengan kapasitas waduk mencapai 68.01 juta m3. Waduk ini memiliki beberapa kegunaan salah satunya yaitu untuk irigasi. Dalam dunia pertanian, berbagai masalah yang sering dijumpai diantaranya kekeringan sawah ketika musim kemarau tiba sehingga hasil panen tidak sesuai yang diharapkan. Tujuan penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem pendistribusian air ke sawah secara maksimal agar tidak terjadi kekurangan air ketika musim kemarau tiba. Agar pendistribusian air dapat berjalan maksimal, perlu direncanakan pola tata tanam yang optimum berdasar ketersediaan air dan kebutuhan air di suatu lahan. Dalam merencanakan pola tata tanam diperlukan data hujan, data iklim, dan data debit sungai. Untuk analisa optimasi digunakan metode program linier dengan memasukkan fungsi batasan (Objective Function) dan constrain.
Hasil penulisan tugas akhir menunjukkan bahwa, dengan adanya waduk Tukul intensitas tanamnya mencapai 300%. Sedangkan tanpa waduk Tukul, intensitas tanamnya hanya mencapai 221%. Dengan mengimplementasikan sistem pemberian air irigasi sesuai rencana, intensitas tanam 300% dapat terwujud.

Tukul Pacitan Dam is located in Karanggede Village, Arjosari District, Pacitan Regency, East Java with reservoir capacity reaching 68.01 million m3. This reservoir has several uses one of which is for irrigation. In the world of agriculture, various problems that often encountered such as dry season when the dry season arrives so that the harvest is not as expected. The purpose of writing of final task is to know the system of water distribution to the fields to the maximum in order to avoid water shortages when the dry season arrives. In order for water distribution can run optimally, it is necessary to plan an optimum planting pattern based on water availability and water demand in a field. In planning the planting pattern is needed rain data, climate data, and river flow data. For optimization analysis used linier programming method by entering the boundary function (Objective Function) and constrain.
The results of the final project showed that, with the Tukul dam, the planting intensity reached 300%. While without Tukul dam, the planting intensity only reached 221%. By implementing the irrigation water supply system as planned, the planting intensity of 300% can be realized.
