Abstract

Alur penanganan sampah pemukiman rumah tangga sesuai peratuan pemerintah yang berlaku dimulai dari pemilahan, pengumpulan, pengangkutan, pengolahan dan pemrosesan akhir sampah. Jenis alur lain yang dapat dijumpai di masyarakat dalam penanganan sampah pemukiman rumah tangga adalah dimulai dari pemilahan, pengumpulan, pengangkutan dan pengolahan yang mana alur ini menghasilkan keuntungan secara finansial dari hasil penjualan sampah rumah tangga anorganik bagi pemilik sumber sampah. Alternatif lain dalam penanganan sampah yaitu melalui aplikasi berbasis android yang sedang diupayakan oleh Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Surabaya sehingga diperlukan adanya studi awal mengenai kelayakan sistem pengelolaan sampah ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan persebaran kuesioner kepada 80 orang responden, wawancara dan pengumpulan data sekunder. Hasil pengumulan data menunjukkan sebanyak 97% responden merupakan nasabah bank sampah di lingkungannya. Sebanyak 67% responden memiliki handphone android secara pribadi. Sebanyak 84% responden setuju jika terdapat aplikasi bank sampah berbasis android. Rata-rata perolehan dalam sekali transaksi bank sampah adalah sebesar Rp 161.255 dengan jumlah sampah sebanyak 99,15 kg dan Rp 440.414 dengan jumlah sampah sebanyak 224 kg. Berdasarkan kondisi eksisting yang telah ada dan berdasarkan hasil wawancara maka terdapat peluang adanya aplikasi bank sampah berbasis android. Diperlukan analisis secara teknis berupa prosedur transaksi bank sampah dan minimum jumlah sampah yang disetorkan serta analisis secara finansial menggunakan metode BEP dengan menetapkan biaya tetap dan biaya variable terlebih dahulu. Nilai BEP yang didapatkan dari hasil perhitungan adalah Rp 1.584.338.403 per tahun atau Rp 132.028.200,2 per bulan. Nilai B/C sebesar 1,020 sehingga aplikasi ini layak untuk dijalankan karena B/C bernilai lebih dari 1. Nilai NPV sebesar Rp 78.375.489 sehingga aplikasi ini layak untuk dijalankan karena NPV bernilai positif lebih dari 0. Pengelolaan bank sampah melalui aplikasi android ini layak dilaksanakan dengan ketentuan tiap nasabah menyetorkan minimum sampah senilai Rp 12.000 dengan radius jangkauan maksimal 2 km. ================================================================= The flow of residential household waste handling according to government regulation is starting from source separation, collection, transportation, processing, and final processing. The average gain in one waste bank transaction amounted to Rp 161.255 with the total amount of waste 99,15 kg; and Rp 440.414 with the total a mount of waste 224 kg. Based on existing conditions and the results of the interview, then there is a chance to apply android - based waste bank applications. T echnical analysis such as procedure of waste bank transactions and the minimum amount of waste and junk to be deposited is needed, as well as financial analysis using BEP method by setting a fixed cost and variable cost in advance The BEP value obtained from the calculation is Rp 1.584.338.403 per year or Rp 132.028.200,2 per month The value of B/C is 1,020 so this application deserves to be executed due to the B/C value which is worth more than 1. NPV value of Rp 78.375.489 so that the application is eligible to run because NPV value is more than 0, which is positive. The waste bank management through android application is eligible to be implemented with decent conditions of each customer depositing a minimum value of waste at Rp 12.000 with maximum range of 2 kms radius.
