Abstract
Daerah Irigasi Delta Brantas di Kabupaten Sidoarjo terbagi menjadi 2 Jaringan Irigasi besar yaitu Jaringan Irigasi Mangetan Kanal dan Jaringan Irigasi Porong Kanal, jaringan ini dibagi di Bangunan Bagi Kapajaran dan intake berasal dari Bendung Lengkong. Jaringan Irigasi Mangetan Kanal memiliki luas baku sawah sebesar 11.984 Ha (Data Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Pengairan provinsi Jawa Timur,2014). Sepanjang Jaringan Irigasi Mangetan Kanal banyak terjadi penyusutan lahan dikarenakan banyak lahan yang beralih fungsi mejadi pemukiman dan perindustrian. Sehingga perlu dilakukan pengkajian ulang untuk pemberian air agar bisa di dapat hasil pertanian yang optimum.
Analisa studi ini di bantu program Quantity Methods for Windows 3, dengan input kebutuhan air tiap masing-masing jenis tanaman dan debit Sebagai kendala atau batasan. Hasil dari perhitungan optimasi ini adalah luasan tiap jenis tanaman pada tiap musim tanam serta pendapatan hasil tani yang akan diperoleh.
Dari hasil perhitungan optimasi didapat Pola Tanam Padi – Padi – Padi/Palawija. Pendapatan yang diperoleh dari optimasi tersebut sebesar Rp. 131,293,795,310.- dengan intensitas tanam sebesar 300%.

Delta Brantas Irrigation area in Sidoarjo Regency is divided into 2 major Irrigation Networks that are Mangetan Canal irrigation Network and Irrigation Network of Porong Canal, this irrigation network is divided into deviding building Kepajaran and intake from Lengkong dam. Mangetan Kanal Irrigation network has a rice field by width of 11984 Ha (Data of Public Works of Irrigation of East Java Province, 2014). ). Along the Mangetan Canal Irrigation Network there is a lot of shrinkage of land due to the many lands that are converted into residential and industrial functions. So it is necessary to do a review for the provision of water in order to get the optimum agricultural output.
The analysis of this study is assisted by the Quantity Methods for Windows 3 program, with the input of each water requirement for each type of plant and debit. As a constraint or limitation.
The results of this optimization calculation are rice – rice – rice/corn planting pattern. The income from this optimization is Rp 133,293,795,310.- with 300% planting intensity.
