Abstract

Rumah Sakit Universitas Airlangga Surabaya berada di kawasan kampus C universitas Airlangga Surabaya. Bangunan tersebut merupakan bangunan 8 lantai. Bangunan eksisting dibangun dengan sistem rangka pemikul momen khusus dan dilakukan pengecoran di tempat. Bangunan akan direncanakan menggunakan balok, pelat, dan tangga pracetak, sedangkan kolom dicor di tempat. Dalam perencanaan pracetak perlu dilakukan control terhadap beton pracetak tersebut saat proses pengangkatan, penumpukan, pemasangan, dan pengecoran in situ. Hasil perhitungan berupa penulangan struktur dan desain sambungan. Hasil desain struktur gedung Rumah Sakit Universitas Airlangga meliputi tebal pelat 12 cm, dimensi balok induk 40 x 60 cm, dimensi balok anak 25x40 cm, dan dimensi kolom 65 x 65 cm. Sambungan antar elemen menggunakan sambungan basah dan sambungan kering. Sambungan basah berupa pengecoran overtopping setebal 4 cm untuk pelat dan 12 cm untuk balok. Sambungan kering berupa penggunaan tulangan yang diangkerkan pada ujung balok dan penggunaan pelat baja yang ditanam dan disambung untuk sambungan antar pelat. ========================================================================================= Universitas Airlangga Hospital Surabaya is located in Kampus C Airlangga University Surabaya. The esxisting bulding consists of 8 floors. It is designed with special moment resisting frame system using cast in situ system.The building will be planned using precast beams, slabs, and stairs, while column casted in situ. Precast concrete should be controled over the process of raptuere, erection, and cast in situ. The calculation result is concrete repetition of structure and design of connection. The results of structural desain of Universitas Airlangga Hospital Surabaya are thickness of slab is 12 cm, the dimension of the primary beam (B1) 40 cm x 60 cm, the dimension of the secondary beam (BA) 25 cm x 40 cm, and dimension of column 65 x 65 cm. The connection between elements using wet and dry connection. Wet connection is using overtopping casting as thick as 4 cm fpr slabs and 12 cm for beams. The dry connection is using reinforcement are anchored at the end of the beam and using steel plates that are planted and dialed for slabs connection.
