Abstract

Struktur di perairan Indonesia khususnya jenis fixed jacket platform sebagian besar telah beroperasi melebihi umur operasi (service life). Dengan masa operasi yang telah melewati service life maka perlu dilakukan analisa ultimate strength untuk mengetahui kekuatan cadangan struktur tersebu agar struktur dapat beroperasi secara aman pada sisa umur operasinya. Pada penelitian ini struktur yang digunakan adalah L-COM Well Platform milik Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java. Keruntuhan struktur terjadi karena terbentuknya member plastis. Member yang mengalami plastisitas terlebih dahulu akan dilakukan analisa lokal untuk mengetahui sebaran plastic hinge dan tegangan yang ada pada member tersebut dengan menggunakan finite element. Hasil dari analisa ultimate strength didapatkan RSR (Reserve Strength Ratio) terkecil pada arah pembebanan 315° sebesar 6.46 dan member yang mengalami plastisitas terlebih dahulu adalah member horizontal brace 486-407. Sedangkan tegangan maksimum member pada saat collapse sebesar 1663.5 Ksi dan tegangan rata-rata sebesar 121.45 Ksi. Jadi kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa struktur mengalami keruntuhan setelah melewati kondisi plastis dan tegangan ultimatenya. =================================================================== Offshore structure s in Indonesia , especially the type of fixed offshore structure s have operated beyond its serfice life or categorized as an old structure . Offshore structure which excee d ed the service life, needs ultimate strength analyzing to know reserve strength ratio. In order to the offshor e structure can operate safely in the remain ing of service life extention. In this final project used L - COM Well Platform owned by Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java. Collapsed structure was happening when member formed plastic. The greatest member plastic hinge or earliest member plasti c in collapsed increment would retrieve to local analysis to know the plastic hinge distribution and stress in member plastic using finite element. On ultimate strength analysis , the result of smallest RSR (Reserve Strength Ratio) in the direction of loading 315° is 6.46 and the earliest member plastic is horizontal brace 486 - 407. The ultimate stress of member 486 - 407 is 1663.5 ksi and the average stress is 121.45 Ksi. So the conclusion in this final pr oject that the structure collapsed after had passed through plastic condition and ultimate stress .
