Abstract
Gedung Parkir Kemendagri Jakarta merupakan gedung yang terletak di jln. Merdeka Utara no.7, Gambir, Jakarta Pusat, DKI Jakarta. Gedung parkir ini dibangun untuk memenuhi keterbatasan lahan untuk parkir kendaraan di dalam kawasan kementerian dalam negeri. Struktur awal gedung parkir ini menggunakan struktur beton bertulang, kemudian dilakukan modifikasi ulang menggunakan struktur baja menggunakan sistem Eccentrically Braced Frames (EBF) serta kolom Concrete filled steel tube (CFT). Dalam Perencanaan ini, peraturan yang akan digunakan yaitu SNI 1729-2002 tentang persyaratan struktur baja untuk bangunan gedung, SNI 1726-2012 tentang perencanaan ketahanan gempa struktur bangunan gedung, PPIUG-1983 tentang pembebanan minimum pada struktur gedung, dan SNI 2847-2013 tentang persyaratan struktur beton untuk bangunan gedung. Dan dalam menganalisa strukturnya ditinjau dengan menggunakan metode beban gempa dinamis respon spectrum dengan menggunakan program bantu ETABS. Dari analisa dan hasil perhitungan diperoleh hasil, yaitu : tebal pelat atap, pelat lantai, dan pelat ramp 13 cm. Dimensi balok induk lantai 1-5 WF500.200.9.14, Lantai 6-10 WF450.200.9.14, dan Lantai 11-Atap WF450.200.8.12. Dimensi kolom lantai 1-5 HSS700.700.22.22, lantai 6-10 HSS650.650.19.19, dan lantai 11-Atap HSS600.600.16.16, Dimensi link arah X WF500.300.11.18 dan link arah Y WF450.200.9.14 dengan panjang 100 cm. Dimensi bressing arah X WF250.250.9.14 dan bressing arah Y WF200.200.10.16. Sambungan struktur utama direncanakan menggunakan las dan baut A325. Pondasi menggunakan tiang pancang berdiamater 60 cm dengan kedalaman 20 meter. Dan Sloof berukuran 40cm x 60cm dengan tulangan utama 8D22 dan tulangan geser Ø10-250.

Parking building of Kemendagri Jakarta located at Merdeka Utara street no.7, Gambir, Jakarta Pusat, DKI Jakarta. This building is constructed to supply the limited land for parking vehicles in kementerian dalam negeri area. The first structure of parking building using concrete structure and in this final project, modification this building using steel with Eccentrically Braced Frames (EBF) method and Concrete filled steel tube column.
In the planning, the regulation that used are SNI 1729-2002 about requirements of steel structural for building, SNI 1726-2012 about the procedures of planning seismic resistance for structure of building, PPIUG-1983 about minimum load for design building structure, and SNI 2847-2013 about requirements of concrete structural for building. And for analysis structure of earthquake load seismic using auxiliary program ETABS. Based on the analysis and calculation obtained result for this building are: the plate thickness of roof, dormitory, and ramp 13 cm. The dimension of 1st-5th floor main beam using WF500.200.9.14, 6th-10th floor using WF450.200.9.14., 10th-roof floor using WF450.200.8.12. The dimension of 1st-5th floor column using HSS700.700.22.22., 6th-10th floor column using HSS650.650.19.19, and 10th-roof using HSS600.600.16.16. The dimension of link at the X using WF500.300.11.18 and link at the Y using WF450.200.9.14 with length 100 cm. Dimension bracing at the X using WF250.250.9.14 and at the Y using WF200.200.10.16. The main structure will connected with weld and bolt A325. The foundation is using spun pile with 60 cm diameters in depth 20 meters. And dimension of tie beam 40 x 60cm with the main reinforcement and shear reinforcement of 8D22 and Ø10-250 respectively.
