Abstract
Struktur organisasi yang efektif merupakan faktor penting dalam semua kegiatan pada perusahaan. Dengan adanya struktur organisasi yang efektif, komunikasi dan koordinasi dalam kegiatan perusahaan akan semakin sempit dan cepat yang artinya akan mengurangi kemungkinan terjadinya salah komunikasi maupun salah koordinasi. Sehingga, perusahaan dapat lebih produktif. PT. X merupakan pabrik textile yang berdiri di Desa Bakalan Dusun Kesono Gondang Kab. Mojokerto. Perusahaan ini beroperasi mulai tahun 1934. Pada mulanya, Perusahaan ini mengerjakan seragam ABRI dan Bendera Merah Putih. Namun untuk saat ini hanya melakukan produksi sarung tenun.
Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analytical hierarchy process (AHP) dan dibantu dengan software expert choice 11. Sebelum menggunakan metode AHP terlebih dahulu dilakukan penentuan kriteria alternatif serta pembentukan alternatif struktur organisasi. Setelah didapat alternatif maka dilakukan perhitungan AHP dengan bantuan software.
Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh struktur organisasi yang terpilih adalah struktur organisasi lini dengan pembobotan kriteria tertinggi pada lean sebesar 0.557 dan alternatif lini sebesar 0.316 dengan nilai inconsistency gabungan sebesar 0.03.

With effective structure of organization, comunication and coordination in company activity will be lean and faster wich mean reducing of miscomunication and miscoordination probability.as result, company can be more productive. PT X is a textile factory in Bakalan village, Mojokerto. This company used to produce army outfit and Indonesian Flag. But now, this company focus on weaving sarong.
Method that used in this research is using analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method and with help of dan expert choice 11 software. Before using AHP method, criteria for alternatif created and then creats organizational structure alternative. Then calculate the alternative with AHP and the software.
In the result, linier structure of organization come up as the highest number with 0.316 and lean as the highest criteria with 0.557 with 0.03 inconsistency.
