Abstract
Motor induksi tiga fasa adalah salah satu jenis motor listrik yang cenderung mengalami penurunan kecepatan jika diberi beban sehingga diperlukan suatu pengaturan agar kecepatan dapat dipertahankan sesuai yang diinginkan. Pada penelitian ini, metode untuk mengendalikan kecepatan motor induksi menggunakan power electronic converter dengan metode vector control yang dikendalikan oleh pengendali berbasis Jaringan saraf tiruan. Data pelatihan didapat dengan memasang pengendali PI, kemudian mencari secara manual parameter PI yang terbaik untuk setiap kondisi kecepatan, lalu mengambil data masukan dan keluaran dari kontroler PI tersebut sebagai data pelatihan. Pengujian dilakukan dengan tiga metode, yaitu pengujian kecepatan tetap serta torsi tetap, kedua perubahan kecepatan referensi dan ketiga pengujian perubahan torsi beban. Respon yang diamati ialah kesalahan (error), waktu naik (Tr), waktu tetap (Ts) dan overshoot. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kontrol jaringan saraf tiruan mampu mengendalikan motor induksi dengan error terbesar < 0.2%, waktu naik dan waktu turun terbesar terjadi saat kecepatan tinggi dengan beban maksimal, overshoot hanya terjadi pada kecepatan 50 rad/detik pada beban 100 Nm =========================================================== Three-phase induction motors are one type of electric motor which tends to decrease in speed when given a load, so it takes a control for the speed can be defined as desired. In this research, method to control the speed of induction motor using power electronic converter with vector control which controlled by artificial neural network controller. Training data is obtained by installing PI controller, then manually finding the optimum parameter of each speed condition, and pick the input and output of the PI controller as the data training. The proposed system is tested with three methods first constant speed test as well as contant torque, second the variation of speed reference with constant torque and third variation of load torque with constant speed. The observed response is error, rise time (Tr), steady state time (Ts) and overshoot. The test results show that the control of artificial neural network is capable of controlling the induction motor with the biggest error < 0.2%, Rise time and steady state time biggest occurs at high speed with maximum torque, overshoot only occurs at speed of 50 rad / sec at 100 Nm torque.
