Abstract
Pelabuhan bongkar muat di Teluk Lamong merupakan bagian dari daerah operasi kerja PT. Pelindo III. Pelabuhan bongkar muat tersebut berperan sangat penting di Jawa Timur khususnya dalam kelancaran arus distribusi logistik barang impor maupun barang ekspor yang setiap tahun jumlahnya terus meningkat sebanding dengan laju pertumbuhan penduduk dan pertumbuhan ekonomi.
Dengan adanya program Green Port yang mulai dicanangkan oleh pemerintah untuk mengurangi efek gas rumah kaca dan pengefisiensian dalam penggunaan energi pada pelabuhan- pelabuhan di Indonesia, pelabuhan bongkar muat Teluk Lamong menerapkan sistem elektrisasi pada semua peralatannya sehingga sumber utamanya berasal dari PLN dan Pembangkit listrik yang terpusat sehingga keandalan dalam kelistrikan adalah hal utama yang perlu diperhatikan untuk kelancaran proses bongkar muat serta mewujudkan visi menjadi pelabuhan bongkar muat berkelas internasional.
Koordinasi proteksi kelistrikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan berpengaruh terhadap keandalan kelistrikan terutama masalah kontinuitas penyaluran daya. Pada tugas akhir ini membahas tentang analisa dan perencanaan koordinasi proteksi sistem distribusi kelistrikan di industri pelabuhan bongkar muat dengan mengatur delay waktu trip, setting lowset dan highset relay dengan mempertimbangkan perkembangan jumlah sumber dan penambahan jumlah peralatan sehingga jika terjadi gangguan dapat trip dan berkoordinasi dengan baik untuk mengamankan dan mengisolasi gangguan agar tidak meluas.

Port loading and unloading in Lamong Bay is part of the working area of PT. Pelindo III. The port of loading and unloading plays a very important role in East Java, especially in the smooth flow of logistics distribution of imported goods and export goods which every year the number continues to increase in proportion to the rate of population growth and economic growth.
With the Green Port program initiated by the government to reduce the greenhouse gas effect and efficiency in energy usage in ports in Indonesia, Lamong Bay loading ports implement electrical system on all the equipments so that the main source comes from PLN and centralized power plant So reliability in the electricity is the main thing to note for the smooth process of loading and unloading as well as realize the vision of becoming a port of international loading and unloading.
Coordination of electrical protection is very important and affect the reliability of electricity, especially the problem of continuity of power distribution. In this final project discuss about the analysis and planning of coordination of electricity distribution system protection in port industry of loading and unloading by arranging trip time delay, setting of lowset and highset relay by considering the development of number of source and addition of equipment amount so that if there is interference can trip and coordinate well to Securing and isolating the interference so as not to expand.
