Abstract

Gedung Apartemen Grandhika City Jatiwarna Bekasi – Tower Emerald merupakan sebuah gedung apartemen yang terdiri dari 22 lantai yang didesain menggunakan struktur beton bertulang. Gedung ini terletak didaerah Jabodetabek dimana merupakan daerah yang rawan gempa. Dalam tugas akhir ini dilakukan perencanaan ulang dengan memodifikasi strukturnya menjadi struktur baja komposit dengan sistem rangka bresing konsentris khusus jenis inverted – V. Sistem rangka bresing konsentris khusus berfungsi sebagai penahan gaya lateral yang memiliki tingkat kekakuan yang cukup baik dibanding sistem Moment Resisting Frame (MRF) dan proses pelaksanaan dan perawatan yang mudah.Dalam penyelesaiannya, akan dilakukan analisa struktur utama yang terdiri dari balok, kolom, dan bresing yang akan dimodelkan dengan alat bantu ETABS. Telah dilakukan perhitungan modifikasi perencanaan struktur Gedung Apartemen Grand Dhika City Jatiwarna menggunakan Sistem Rangka Bresing Konsentris Khusus (SRBKK). Perhitungan struktur yang dilakukan mengacu pada SNI 1729-2015, SNI 1726-2012, SNI 1727-2013 dan PPIUG 1983. Dari analisa dan hasil perhitungan diperoleh hasil, yaitu: tebal pelat atap dan lantai 11 cm, dimensi balok induk ada 2 macam yaitu WF500.300.11.15 dan WF450.200.9.14, dimensi kolom lantai 1-7 CFT 600.600.32.32, dimensi kolom lantai 8-14 CFT 550.550.22.22, dimensi bresing menggunakan WF 600.300.12.20, dan base plate menggunakan fixed plate dari katalog Continental Steel. Sambungan struktur utama direncanakan sebagai sambungan kaku dengan baut fub 825 Mpa. Perencanaan pondasi menggunakan tiang pancang beton pracetak diameter 60 cm dengan kedalaman 22 m. Kolom pedestal direncanakan dengan ukuran 1200 mm x 1200 mm dengan tulangan utama 32D25 dan sloof ukuran 40 cm x 90 cm dengan tulangan utama 4D20 dan tulangan geser Ø10-150. ================================================================================================================== Grandhika City Apartment Apartment Jatiwarna Bekasi - Tower Emerald is an apartment building consist of 22 storey designed by using reinforced concrete structure. This building is located in Jabodetabek which is an area prone to earthquake. In this final project, re-designing is done by modify its structure into a composite steel structures with a special inverted V-type concentric bracing system. This special concentric bracing frame system serves as a retainer for the lateral force with better stiffness level compared to the Moment Resisting Frame (MRF) system and the process for implementation as well as the maintenance are easier. In its completion, the main structure element consists of beams, columns, and bresing will be analyzed and modelled with the assistance of ETABS The calculation of the modification for the structure in Apartment Building Grand Dhika City Jatiwarna using Special Concentric Bracing Frame System (SRBKK) has been conducted. With the calculation for the structure is reffering to SNI 1729-2015, SNI 1726-2012, SNI 1727-2013 and PPIUG 1983. The results from the analysis as well as the calculation indicates that: the thickness of the roof plate and floor 11 cm, there are 2 type of dimension for the main beam , WF500.300.11.15 and WF450.200.9.14, the dimensions of the column for 1-7 floor is CFT 600.600.32.32, column dimensions for 8-14 floor is CFT 550.550.22.22, dimension of the bracing is WF 600.300.12.20, and the base plate by using fixed plate from Continental Steel catalog. The connection for the main structure is designed as a rigid connection with 825 Mpa fub bolts. designing the foundation by using precast concrete piles of 60 cm diameter with a depth of 22 m. The pedestal column is planned to have 1200 mm x 1200 mm with 32D25 of main reinforcement and 40 cm x 90 cm sloof with 4D20 of main reinforcement and Ø10-150 of shear reinforcement.
