Abstract

Salah satu kantor yang menjadi garda depan pelayanan publik di Surabaya adalah Unit Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Atap (UPTSA). Sebagai lembaga non struktural yang memberikan pelayanan publik pemerintah daerah, UPTSA merupakan kewenangan dari Badan Koordinasi Pelayanan dan Penanaman Modal (BKKPM) kota Surabaya. Perencanaan desain interior pada kantor UPTSA Surabaya ini berdasarkan observasi objek desain, interview pihak kantor, kuisioner terhadap staff dan pengunjung kantor, serta analisa kebutuhan. Meski sudah memiliki banyak fasilitas ternyata pengembangan kantor dan tujuannya belum terlaksana secara optimal. Salah satunya menumbuhkan citra yang baik di masyarakat dengan memberikan pelayanan perijinan prima. Berdasarkan metodologi tersebut, hasil yang diperoleh berupa konsep perencanaan Kantor UPTSA Surabaya sebagai Pelayanan Publik Utama Berkonsep Modern Iconic Surabaya. Kantor UPTSA akan didesain lebih komunikatif mewujudkan pelayanan prima bagi publik sehingga para pemohon dapat melakukan perijinan dengan mudah. Dan konsep modern pada interior diterapkan pada keseluruhan elemen interior maupun elemen estetis yang memperlihatkan ciri khas Surabaya. Dengan konsep diatas kemudian disusun sebuah konsep perencanaan yakni desain interior kantor UPTSA Surabaya sebagai Pelayanan Publik Utama Berkonsep Modern Iconic Surabaya. Sehingga kantor UPTSA bisa terlihat ramah dan menjadi ikon dari kantor pemerintah serta dapat melayani kebutuhan dan kepuasan publik saat berada di kantor tersebut.

One of the offices which become a pioneer of public services in Surabaya is One Roof Integrated Service (UPTSA). As a non-structural institution providing public services to local governments, UPTSA is the authority of the Surabaya Investment Coordinating Board (BKKPM). Interior design planning for Surabaya UPTSA office is based on observation of design object, office interview, questionnaire on staff and office visitors, also needs analysis. Although it already has many facilities but the development of the office and the goal has not been implemented optimally. One of them is growing a good public image by providing prime licensing services. Based on the methodology, the results obtained in the form of planning concept Interior Design of Uptsa Surabaya Office as The Main Public Service in Iconic Modern Surabaya Concept. UPTSA office will be designed more communicative to create excellent service for public so that applicant can do permission easily. And the modern concept on the interior is applied to the overall interior elements as well as the aesthetic elements that show the characteristics of Surabaya. With the above concept and then compiled a planning concept of Interior Design of Uptsa Surabaya Office as The Main Public Service in Iconic Modern Surabaya Concept. So UPTSA office can look more friendly and become an icon of government office and can serve the needs and public satisfaction while in the office.
