Abstract
FPU (Floating Production Unit) merupakan sebuah fasilitas terapung yang dipasang di sekitar ladang minyak dan gas bumi lepas pantai, yang fungsinya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan fasilitas produksi crude oil dan LPG. Untuk menjaga posisi FPU agar tetap fixed heading dan meredam gaya dinamis, maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem tambat dengan tipe spread mooring. Pada struktur FPU dilengkapi dengan flexible riser yang merupakan salah satu komponen struktur berupa pipa vertikal yang memiliki sifat fleksibel dan berfungsi sebagai pipa penyalur minyak dari seabed menuju deck. Tension pada sistem tambat dan respon FPU sangat mempengaruhi tension pada flexible riser. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh spread mooring dengan variasi jumlah line (8-lines, 12-lines, dan 16-lines) terhadap tension pada flexible riser. Analisis tension tali tambat baik pada kondisi ULS maupun ALS dan analisis riser dilakukan berbasis simulasi time-domain. Pemodelan dan analisis motion FPU menggunakan software MOSES dan perhitungan mooring dan riser tension menggunakan software OrcaFlex. Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa sistem spread mooring dengan 16-lines memberikan pengaruh mooring tension dan offset FPU yang lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan 8-lines dan 12-lines. Serta diketahui bahwa spread mooring dengan jumlah line yang semakin banyak (16-lines) memberikan efek terkecil terhadap riser tension.

FPU (Floating Production Unit) is one of the floating structure used by the offshore oil and gas industry for the production facility of crude oil and LPG. To reduce the dynamic effect and keep on fixed heading position, spread mooring system was adopted. FPU is equipped with flexible riser which is one of the offshore structural components in the form of vertical pipe that has the properties and functions are flexible as a channel that connects the wellhead with the deck structure. Flexible riser tension will be strongly influenced by mooring tension and FPU response. This study objective is analysis of spread mooring system with line number variation (8-lines, 12-lines, dan 16-lines) to flexible riser tension. Analysis of mooring tension both in ULS and ALS condition and analysis of riser tension is utilizing the time domain simulation. This research performs model and motion characteristic of FPU by using MOSES and calculates maximum tension of riser and mooring line by using OrcaFlex. The analysis with spread mooring system in this research brings out the informations that 16-lines provide smaller mooring lines tension magnitude and offset compared 8-lines and 12-lines. It also shows that spread mooring with 16-lines generate smaller impact to flexible riser tension.
