Abstract
Semakin berkembangnya industri maritim di negeri ini, semakin bertambah pula alat dan bangunan transportasi laut. Namun yang masih menjadi permasalahan di negeri ini adalah jumlah perbandingan antara jumlah alat transportasi laut dan galangan yang masih jauh dari ideal. PT. Lintech Duta Pratama sebagai perusahaan yang menggeluti industri maritim mengembangkan sayap perusahaan dengan membangun sebuah galangan di Paciran berdasarkan peluang usaha galangan yang terbilang sangat cerah. Galangan yang dibangun yaitu berupa slipway, diharuskan memiliki kapasitas yang cukup besar dan kuat lagi mampu menahan segala beban di atasnya. Segala beban di atas tanah tentunya akan didistribusikan ke pondasi yang selanjutnya disalurkan ke lapisan tanah yang kuat. Sehingga, slipway yang direncanakan harus kuat dalam menahan beban aksial dan beban lateral yang terjadi. Slipway yang direncanakan oleh PT. Lintech Duta Pratama di Paciran yang direncanakan untuk kapal hingga 15.000 DWT ini akan dianalisa pondasi tiang pancangnya dengan perhitungan manual baik dalam menahan beban aksial maupun lateralnya dan juga dengan aplikasi bantu menggunakan STAAD dari bentley. Sehingga nantinya diharapkan dari penelitian dapat dibandingkan antara perencanaan oleh perusahaan dan hasil permodelan dari aplikasi bantu STAAD. Beberapa pertimbangan modifikasi atau optimasi berupa pengecilan profil tiang pancang juga dilakukan setelah mengetahui hasil dari analisa penelitian ini.

The continued development of the maritime industry in the country, increasing also building tools and marine transportation. But that is still a problem in this country is the sum of the ratio between the number of marine transportation and shipbuilding are still far from ideal. PT. Lintech Duta Pratama as companies wrestle company expand its maritime industry by building a shipyard in Paciran based business opportunity that is fairly bright shipyard. Shipyard slipway were built in the form, required to have a capacity large enough and strong longer hold any weight on it. All the burden on the land would be distributed to the foundation which then channeled into a powerful ground layer. thus,Slipway planned by PT. Lintech Duta Pratama in Paciran planned for vessels up to 15,000 DWT will be analyzed pile with manual calculations in both the axial and lateral load bearing and also with auxiliary applications using STAAD of bentley. So that might be expected from the study can be compared between planning by the company and the results of modeling of STAAD aid applications. Several considerations such modification or optimization diminution pile profile is also done after knowing the results of the analysis of this study.
