Abstract
Gedung At – Tauhid Tower Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya merupakan gedung perkuliahan yang memiliki 13 lantai dengan luas bangunan sebesar 900 m2. Berdasarkan hasil data tanah yang ada, Gedung At – Tauhid Tower Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya yang berada di Surabaya ini memiliki Kategori Desain Seismik (KDS) D. Karena merupakan fasilitas Pendidikan, maka Gedung ini termasuk kategori resiko IV. Gedung At – Tauhid Tower Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya tersebut dirancang dengan metode Sistem Ganda yaitu Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus dan Dinding Geser (shearwall)
Analisis struktur ditentukan berdasarkan persyaratan dari peraturan yang berlaku diantaranya SNI 1726-2012 Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung dan Non-gedung, SNI 1727-2013 Beban Minimum untuk Perancangan Bangunan Gedung dan Struktur Lain dan juga ASCE 7. Untuk perencanaan gempa, Gedung At – Tauhid Tower Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya menggunakan analisi respon dinamik.
Hasil analisis struktur berupa struktur sekunder yang terdiri dari plat lantai dan tangga dan struktur primer yang terdiri dari balok, kolom, dan hubungan balok kolom. Karena Gedung At – Tauhid Tower Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya ini dirancang menggunakan metode Sistem Ganda maka terdapat hasil analisis dari salah satu komponen sistem ganda tersebut yaitu dinding geser (shearwall) yang berfungsi untuk membantu menahan gaya geser akibat gaya gempa yang sebelum nya dipikul oleh Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen.
Hasil analisis perhitunga struktur kemudian dituangkan kedalam gambar Teknik yang berupa gambar arsitektur dan struktur. Juga disertakan metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan balok dan plat lantai

Building of At - Tauhid Tower University of Muhammadiyah Surabaya is a lecture building that has 13 floors with a building’s area about 900 m2. Based on the results of existing soil data, Building of At - Tauhid Tower University of Muhammadiyah Surabaya located in Surabaya has a Category of Seismic Design (KDS) D. Because it is an education facility, the building is included in the risk category IV. Building of At - Tauhid Tower University of Muhammadiyah Surabaya is designed with the Dual System Method consist of Special Moment Resisting Frame System and Shearwall (Shearwall)
Structural analysis is determined based on the requirements of the applicable regulations such as SNI 1726-2012 Earthquake Resilience Planning Procedures for Building Structure and Non-Building Structure, SNI 1727-2013 Minimum Expense for Building Design and Other Structure as well as ASCE 7. For earthquake planning, Building of At - Tauhid Tower Muhammadiyah University of Surabaya using dynamic response analysis.
The result of structural analysis is a secondary structure consisting of floor slab and stairs slab and the primary structure consisting of beam, column, and column beam connections. Because the building of At - Tauhid Tower University of Muhammadiyah Surabaya is designed using the Dual System method then there is the analysis of one component of the dual system is the shearwall (shearwall) which serves to help withstand shear forces due to seismic forces that were before be borne by the Special Moment Resisting Frame.
The result of structural analysis of the structure is then poured into the drawing technique in the form of architectural drawing and structure. Also included method of execution of work beam and plate lantai
