Abstract

Perencanaan pembangunan Pelabuhan Hijau di Indonesia merupakan sebuah proyek besar untuk mengatasi emisi di pelabuhan dan merupakan langkah efisiensi daya serta peningkatan pendapatan suatu daerah dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya listrik dari darat ke kapal guna mengurangi konsumsi bahan bakar pada kapal. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk,menganalisa tentang bagaimana penerapan shore power connection di pelabuhan Terminal Teluk Lamong serta studi kelayakan penerapan teknologi tersebut yang telah berkembang didunia. Data lalu lintas kapal yang diperoleh selama periode 2015 - 2016, dengan total jumlah kapal di dermaga domestik sebesar 105 unit, dermaga internasional sebesar 37 unit dan dermaga curah kering (dry bulk) 14 Unit, dengan kenaikan sebesar 1% setiap bulannya. Oleh karena itu, analisa studi kelayakan dalam perencanaan shore power connection bertujuan sebagai analisa investasi dalam kepentingan pendapatan perusahaan yang secara tidak langsung mampu meningkatkan pendapatan daerah. Maka dibutuhkan analisa PP (Payback Period), NPV (Net Present Value), IRR (Internal Rate of Return) dan PI (Profitability Index) sebagai acuan dalam melakukan sebuah investasi. ========================================================= The Green Port development plan in Indonesia is a major project to tackle emissions at the port and is a step of power efficiency and increased revenue of a region by utilizing the power source from shore to ship in order to reduce the fuel consumption of the vessel. This research was conducted to analyze how to apply shore power connection at Lamong Port of Teluk Lamong and feasibility study of the application of technology that has been developed in the world. Vessel traffic data obtained during the period 2015 - 2016, with a total number of vessels in domestic docks of 105 units, an international dock of 37 units and a 14-unit dry bulk dock, with an increase of 1% per month. Therefore, the feasibility study analysis in shore power connection planning aims as an investment analysis in the interest of corporate income which indirectly able to increase regional income. Then required analysis of PP (Payback Period), NPV (Net Present Value), IRR (Internal Rate of Return) and PI(Profitability Index) as a reference in making an investment
