Abstract
Gedung Hotel Alimar terletak di kota Surabaya dengan luas bangunan sebesar 630m2 yang memiliki lantai semi basement pada lantai bawah dan 6 lantai dengan fungsi sebagai hotel. Dalam tugas akhir terapan ini gedung hotel dimodifikasi menjadi 8 lantai. Berdasarkan hasil Standart Penetration Test (STP) didapatkan bahwa gedung dibangun diatas tanah lunak (Kelas situs SE).
Perhitungan struktur menggunakan metode sistem rangka pemikul momen khusus yang mengacu pada SNI 1726:2012 Tata cara perencanaan ketahanan gempa untuk struktur bangunan gedung dan non gedung. Perencanaan beban akibat gempa menggunakan spectrum respons desain. Pembebanan non-gempa mengacu pada SNI 1727:2013 Beban minimum untuk perencanaan bangunan gedung dan struktur lain. Struktur sekunder berupa pelat dan tangga yang dipikul struktur primer yaitu balok dan kolom. Struktur bawah terdiri dari sloof dan pile cap, dengan pondasi tiang pancang. Keseluruhan struktur adalah beton bertulang, dengan mengacu pada SNI 2847:2013 Tata cara perhitungan struktur beton untuk bangunan gedung.
Hasil dari perhitungan ini adalah berupa gambar teknik, terdiri dari gambar arsitektur, gambar denah struktur, dan gambar detail penulangan.

Alimar Hotel Building is located in Surabaya city with
