Abstract

Masalah transportasi sudah mulai menjadi masalah di Kota Malang. Salah satu sebabnya jumlah angkutan kota terlalu banyak beroperasi namun tidak diimbangikebutuhan jumlah penumpang yang dilayani.Salah satu contohnya Lyn ADL rute Arjosari-Dinoyo-Landungsari. Waktu tempuh yang lama menjadi keluhan dari banyak penumpang yang mendasari judul proyek akhir ini.
Untuk menunjang evaluasi ini, dilakukan survey naik turun penumpang, survey occupancy di lokasi tertentu dengan mencatat jumlah armada dan penumpang yang lewat pukul 06.00 – 18.00. Selanjutnya data-data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan metode analogi fluida dan furness.
Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kinerja lyn ADL tahun 2017 dan 2022 dihasilkan LF rata-rata 0,1 dan 0,1; headway rata-rata 4 menit, dan frekuensi pelayanan rata-rata 32 kendaraan/jam. Hasil pengaturan ulang kinerja lyn ADL untuk tahun 2017 dan 2022 dihasilkan LF rencana 0,5 dan 0,5; headway rencana 16 menit dan frekuensi pelayanan rencana 7 kendaraan/jam. Kebutuhan masyarakat akan Lyn ADL tahun2017hari aktif dan libur yaitu 88 dan 83 kendaraan. Sedangkan tahun 2022 hari aktif dan libur yaitu 85 kendaraan.

Transportation problems have started to become a problem in Malang. One of the reasons is that the number of urban transport is too much to operate but it is not balanced by the number of passengers served. One example is the Lyn ADL route Arjosari-Dinoyo-Landungsari. The long travel time became the complaint of many passengers underlying the title of this final project.
To support this evaluation, survey of passengers up and down, survey of occupancy in certain locations by recording the number of fleets and passengers passing at 6:00 to 18:00. Furthermore, these data are analyzed using fluid analogy and furness method.
Based on the results of ADL lyn performance evaluation in 2017 and 2022 produced an average LF of 0.1 and 0.1; Headway average 4 minutes, and the average service frequency of 32 vehicles/hour. Results of ADL lyn performance restrictions for 2017 and 2022 resulted in LF plans of 0.5 and 0.5; Headway plan 16 minutes and service frequency plan 7 vehicles/hour. Community needs will be Lyn ADL 2017 active days and holidays are 88 and 83 vehicles. While the year 2022 active days and holidays are 85 vehicles.
