Abstract

Pada pembangkit listrik tenaga panas bumi, untuk memperoleh produksi yang optimum maka diperlukan optimasi dalam proses produksinya. Optimasi proses dilakukan dengan mengubah variabel termodinamika yang terdapat pada proses produksi. Variabel optimasi yang digunakan adalah wellhead pressure dan separator pressure. Pemodelan plan dilakukan dengan menggunakan model termodinamika kesetimbangan eksergi. Pada hasil analisa eksergi plant didapat eksergi input dari sumur sebesar 558595 kW dengan nilai total exergy loss pada setiap komponen sebelum dioptimasi dengan wellhead pressure 12.1 bar dan separator pressure 10.9 bar didapat exergy loss sebesar 445360 kW sehingga didapat nilai efisiensi eksergi overall sebelum dioptimasi sebesar 23.95%. Setelah dilakukan optimasi didapat nilai optimum wellhead pressure sebesar 12.56 bar dan separator pressure sebesar 11.42 bar. Selanjutnya, dilakukan perhitungan efisiensi eksergi overall dengan menggunakan variabel optimum didapatkan penurunan total eksergi loss menjadi 443300 kW sehingga nilai efisiensi eksergi overall naik menjadi 24.3% ================================================================= In geothermal power plants, to obtain optimum production it is necessary optimization in the production process. Optimization of the process is done by changing the thermodynamic variables contained in the production process. The optimization variable used is the wellhead pressure and separator pressure. The modeling of the plan is done by using thermodynamic equilibrium equilibrium model. In the result of plant exotheration analysis obtained by input exergy from well 558595 kW with total exergy loss value on each component before optimized with 12.1 bar and 12.1 bar and 12.9 bar separator pressure obtained exergy loss of 445360 kW to obtain the overall efficiency efficiency value before optimized 23.95% . After optimization was obtained the optimum value of wellhead pressure of 12.56 bar and separator pressure of 11.42 bar. Furthermore, the calculation of the efficiency of the overall exergy by using the optimum variables obtained total loss loss loss to 443300 kW so that the value of overall exergy efficiency rose to 24.3%
