Abstract
Sebagai salah satu permainan olahraga yang membutuhkan berbagai macam peralatan, golf dikenal memiliki dua elemen penting dalam permainannya yaitu bola dan stick. Stick memukul bola untuk menciptakan hole-in-one dan kemenangan dihitung berdasarkan skor pemain. Stik golf yang sangat mempengaruhi keseluruhan permainan adalah putter. Putter adalah stik golf yang memiliki akurasi yang tinggi karena gunanya untuk pemukulan kedalam lubang pada jarak dekat di area putting green. Elemen putter yang bersentuhan langsung dengan bola adalah putter head, yang dapat bergetar saat terjadi tumbukkan antara bola dan stick guna memberikan arah lintasan bola yang tepat. Arah lintasan bola yang mempengaruhi kesuluruhan permainan melatarbelakangi analisis respon getar yang dilakukan karena dapat menentukan arah lintasan bola setelah terjadinya tumbukkan. Analisis respon getar pada putter golf ini bertujuan untuk menentukan putter golf dengan hasil respon getar yang paling mendekati Putter Golf Odyssey White Hot RX-2 Ball V-Line Putter yang diyakini sebagai putter terbaik dikelasnya.
Penelitian ini diawali dengan perumusan masalah dan tujuan penelitian dan dilengkapi dengan studi literatur. Setelah dilakukan studi literatur, dirancang bentuk putter head sesuai dengan variasi massa pada software Autodesk Inventor 2017. Setelah itu material ditentukan dan simulasi modal analysis dilakukan pada putter head yang dirancang. Hasil simulasi rancangan yang didapat dibandingkan dengan hasil eksperimen modal analysis yang dilakukan ada Putter Head Odyssey dan dapat ditentukan rancangan yang akan dibuat di CNC Machining. Sebelum memasuki uji eksitasi pada putter yang dirancang, dilakukan verifiikasi pusat massa Putter head Odyssey dengan penggambaran ulang melalui software Autodesk Inventor. Tahap terakhir adalah melakukan eksperimen modal analysis menggunakan vibration testing meter, dengan pengolahan data oleh software MathCad. Dari pengolahan data tersebut, didapatkan kesimpulan dari penelitian ini.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan Toe Weighted Putter adalah desain Putter .yang dipilih melalui simulasi Modal analysis pada Autodesk Inventor. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi natural yang dimiliki Toe Weighted Putter dan Putter Odyssey sebesar 5,991 Hz, dengan frekuensi natural yang sama hasil modeshapes yang telah di plot tidak memiliki kesamaan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Modeshapes tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh frekuensi natural, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh massa benda, material benda, serta perbedaan geometri pada benda. Variasi pusat massa tidak hanya dapat mempengaruhi frekuensi natural, tetapi juga Modeshapes pada suatu benda.

As one of the sports games that require a variety of equipment, golf is known to have two important elements in the game in which were balls and clubs. Club hits the ball to create a hole-in-one and victory is calculated based on the players score. Golf clubs that greatly affect the overall game are putter. Putter is a golf club that has a high accuracy due its use for a close range in the putting green area. The putter element in direct contact with the ball is the putter head, which can vibrates during a collision between the ball and the clubs to give the correct direction of the ball. The direction of the ball that affects the overall game is the background of the vibration response analysis because it determines the direction of the ball path after the collision. Analysis of the vibration response on the golf putter aims to determine the golf putter with the most resonant response result approaching the Golf Odyssey White Hot RX-2 Ball V-Line Putter which is believed to be the best putter in its class.
This research began with the formulation of problem and purpose of research which completed with literature study. After literature studies, the shape of the putter head is designed according to the center of mass variation in the Autodesk Inventor 2017 software. After that the material is determined and the modal analysis simulation is performed on the designed putter head. The obtained simulation results are compared with the results of capital analysis experiments conducted by Putter Head Odyssey and can be determined the design to be made in CNC Machining. Prior to entering the excitation test on the designed putter, verification of the mass center of the Putter head Odyssey were done by re-drawing through the Autodesk Inventor software. The last stage is to conduct capital analysis experiments using vibration testing meter, with data processing by MathCad software. This research were concluded from the processed data.
The results of this study shown that Toe Weighted Putter is a Putter design chosen through Modal Analysis simulation on Autodesk Inventor. The experimental results shown that the natural frequency of Toe Weighted Putter and Putter Odyssey is 5,991 Hz, with the same natural frequency the modeshapes that have been plotted have nothing in common. The conclusion of this research is that Modeshapes are not only influenced by natural frequency, but also influenced by mass of objects, material and geometric differences in objects. Mass center variations can affect not only natural frequencies, but also Modeshapes on an object.
