Abstract

Coral Reef Triangle merupakan tempat dengan keanekaragaman karang tertinggi di dunia. Coral Reef Triangle tersebut berada pada daerah Indonesia bagian timur. Keunikan ini merupakan potensi potensi yang sangat besar bagi Indonesia untuk mengembangkan wisata bahari jika ditinjau dari jumlah spot terumbukarang di indonesia. Dalam hal ini, Wakatobi dan Raja Ampat merupakan sektor strategis jika ingin dikembangkan kedalam bentuk pariwisata yang lebih baik. Terlebih lagi Raja Ampat di Papua Barat di nobatkan sebagai destinasi snorkeling terbaik dunia atau World’s Best Snorkeling Destination berdasarkan Survei CNN pada Tahun 2015. Adanya pengakuan dan publikasi dari media international merupakan capaian yang positif untuk mendorong peningkatan kunjungan wisata ke Raja Ampat. Maka penulis melakukan penelitian mengenai konsep desain unlimited power cruise dengan memanfaatkan energi ombak dan cahari matahari untuk wisata bahari pada daerah Coral Reef Triangle (Wakatobi-Raja Ampat). Desain unlimited power cruise ini akan mengacu kepada jumlah wisatawan yang dapat diangkut oleh unlimited power cruise ini. Dari prosesnya, unlimited power cruise ini membawa 108 penumpang dengan ukuran utama L=107.89 m , B 19 m, H = 7 m , T=3.5 m . Biaya pembangunan unlimited power cruise ini adalah sebesar Rp216,853,083,091 dengan payback period tahun ke 4 atau bulan ke 46 operasional.

Coral Reef Triangle is a place with the highest coral diversity in the world. Coral Reef Triangle is located in the eastern part of Indonesia. This unique is a huge potential for Indonesia to develop marine tourism if viewed from the number of reef spots in Indonesia. In this case, Wakatobi and Raja Ampat are strategic sectors if they want to be developed into a better form of tourism. Moreover Raja Ampat in West Papua is crowned as the world's best snorkeling destination or World's Best Snorkeling Destination based on CNN Survey in 2015. The recognition and publication of the international media is a positive achievement to encourage increased tourist visits to Raja Ampat. So the authors do research on concept design of unlimited power cruise using wave kinetic power and solar cell for marine tourism in the coral reef triangle (wakatobi – raja ampat). This unlimited power cruise design will refer to the number of tourists that can be transported by this unlimited power cruise. This unlimited power cruise carries 108 passengers with the main size L = 107.89 m, B 19 m, H = 7 m, T = 3.5 m. The cost of construction of unlimited power cruise is Rp216,853,083,091 with payback period of 4th Years or 46th months of operation.
