Abstract
Di dalam pembangunan suatu proyek khususnya pada proyek pembangunan underpass Simpang Mandai yang berlokasi ditengah-tengah lalu lintas yang padat diperlukan metode pelaksanaan yang tepat dengan menggunakan metode open cut (cut and cover) sebagai platform serta pengendalian waktu pelaksanaan dan biaya pelaksanaan. Proyek ini membahas tentang metode pelaksanaan dengan menggunakan metode open cut (cut and cover) dalam pembangunan underpass ini. Analisa yang dilakukan pada proyek ini adalah perhitungan volume pada tiap-tiap jenis pekerjaan, biaya sewa peralatan, dan kebutuhan bahan yang diperlukan. Biaya konstruksi yang dihitung secara manual didapatkan sebesar Rp.103.826.879.058 dan waktu pelaksanaanya adalah 562 hari.
