Abstract
“All Human being are born free and equal in dignity and rights”, artinya adalah setiap manusia dilahirkan merdeka (bebas) dan mempunyai hak yang sama. Pengakuan HAM yang telah diakui secara universal dan dirumuskan dalam Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) ini menunjukkan bahwa HAM merupakan hak asasi yang melekat pada diri setiap manusia tanpa membedakan jenis kelamin, umur, status, ras, kebangsaan, ataupun perbedaan lainnya.
Hak asasi manusia setiap orang juga harus dihormati meskipun orang-orang tersebut melanggar hukum. Hak asasi manusia dan perilakunya juga menjadi sebuah tolak ukur dalam merancang sebuah bangunan. Dari isu-isu tersebut menghasilkan sebuah rancangan arsitektur yang juga diharapkan dapat membantu rehabilitasi dari anak yang melanggar hukum sehingga bisa diterima kembali di masyarakat dan menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik.

The recognition of human rights which had been universally recognized and formulated in this Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) it shows that human rights are inherent in every human beings without discriminating by gender, age, status, race, nationality or other differences.
Each person’s of human rights should also be respected, even though these people are breaking the law. Human rights and his behavior had also become a benchmark in designing a building. From those issues to produce a architecture design that is also expected to help the rehabilitation of children who break the law so that it could be accepted back in the community and become better person.
