Abstract

Pertumbuhan penduduk serta peningkatan ekonomi di Indonesia membuat meningkatnya volume kendaraan di kota-kota besar di Indonesia termasuk kota Surabaya. Dengan bertambahnya volume kendaraan, menyebabkan kemacetan di beberapa titik di Surabaya. Salah satu titik kemacetan terletak di perlintasan sebidang Jemursari, yang merupakan pertemuan horizontal antara jalur kereta api dan jalan utama Surabaya menuju Sidoarjo. Faktor kemacetan berasal dari lama waktu penutupan perlintasan, yang disebabkan panjang dan kecepatan rangkaian kereta. Untuk memprediksi pola kemacetan dibuat model hubungan antara penutupan perlintasan sebidang, panjang dan kecepatan rangkaian kereta serta panjang antrian kendaraan di perlintasan sebidang Jemursari, Surabaya. Metodologi dilakukan melalui observasi di lapangan yang dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan dari Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI) tahun 2014. Data kemudian diolah dengan membuat model hubungan dengan beberapa tipe regresi yang untuk mendapatkan model terbaik. Diperoleh kesimpulan ada hubungan antara panjang rangkaian kereta dan lama waktu penutupan perlintasan sebidang sedangkan kecepatan rangkaian kereta memiliki hubungan negatif, dengan model hubungan ketiganya yaitu y= 90.857 + 6.232x1- 0.682x2. Dimana y adalah lama waktu penutupan perlintasan sebidang, x1 adalah panjang rangkaian kereta dan x2 adalah kecepetan kereta. Selanjutnya diperoleh model hubungan terbaik antara lama waktu panjang antrian dari berbagai arah diperoleh hubungan positif yang signifikan. Model hubungan pada arah utara belok kiri (Surabaya-Jemursari) adalah y = 0.2315x + 22.179, arah barat (Sidoarjo-Jemursari) y = 0.5409x + 76., arah timur (Jemursari-Sidoarjo) y = 1.1163x + 176. Keterangan y adalah panjang antrian dan x adalah lama waktu penutupan. =============================================================================================== The population as well as the economic increase in Indonesia has a direct influence on the increasing volume of vehicles in many urban city in Indonesia including the city of Surabaya. With the upsurge volume of vehicles, causing traffic congestion in several area of Surabaya. One of the area of the congestion are located in Jemursari intersection, which is a horizontal intersection between railway for train and the main road directly to Sidoarjo. One of the factor for the congestion is the lengthy duration on closing the intersection, which is occur because of the length and the velocity from the train. To predict the pattern of the traffic it is necessary to design a connection model between the single intersection, length and velocity of the train as well as the vehicle queuing length in Jemursari intesection, Surabaya.. The methodology can be achieve through observation in the field and proceed with the calculation referring to Panduan Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI) year 2014. Data will be processed with the design of the connection model from several type regression to obtain the best outcome. The conclusion of the studies suggest that there are several connection between the length of the train with the closing duration as well as the velocity of the train have a negative impact, with the connection model design from those 3 are y= 90.857 + 6.232x1- 0.682x2. where y is the duration from the closure of the intersection, x1 is the length of the train and x2 is the velocity of the train The best outcome of the connection model between duration of vehicle queueing length whether the data is obtained from the field or from the calculation of PKJI in every direction will achieve significant positive model. Model connection using real field data from the north to the left is y = 0.2315x + 22.179, from the west (Sidoarjo-Jemursari) y = 0.5409x + 76, from the east (Jemursari-Sidoarjo) y = 1.1163x + 176. Where y is the length of the queue and x is the duration of the closure.
