Abstract
Bangkalan merupakan salah satu kota yang destinasi wisatanya mulai diminati oleh banyak orang, sehingga jumlah wisatawan baik domestik maupun asing semakin bertambah. Dengan alasan inilah diperlukan perencanaan fasilitas umun yang dapat menampung wisatawan, salah satunya hotel. Hotel bangkalan ini masih dalam tahap perencanaan desain Arsitektural, oleh karena itu akan direncanakan struktur gedung hotel bangkalan dengan metode dual system. Dikarenakan bangunan ini tergolong dalam KDS-D, maka digunakan sistim struktur Dual System. Dual system merupakan sebuah sistim struktur yang mengkombinasikan Sistim Rangka Pemikuk Momen Khusus (SRPMK) dengan Dinding Geser. Dengan kombinasi ini,, struktur gedung memiliki kekakuan lebih tinggi untuk menahan beban gempa. Pembebanan pada bangunan ini mengacu pada PPIUG 1983 dan perhitungan beban gempa menggunakan metode respon spektrum yang mengacu pada SNI 1726:2012 dan peta gempa 2012. Dimana struktur beton mengacu pada SNI 2847:2013 Hasil akhir pada tugas akhir ini akan menunjukkan bawha bangunan ini sudah memenuhi semua standar sehingga mampu menahan beban baik grafitasi maupun gempa.

Bangkalan is one of tourism destination that can provide many tourism interests. It starts to increase the number of either local or foreign tourists. Due to this reason, it must have good public facilities and services. One of the important public facilities that needs to be developed is hotels. Bangkalan’s Hotel is still in the stage of architectural design and the structural design is carried out in this final project. Since it is assigned as SDC-D, it uses the Dual System. Dual system is a system in building structures that combine beetwen Special Moment Resisting Frame and Shearwall. With this combination, the structure has higher stiffness to resist the earthquake forces. The load used in the design complies PPIUG 1983 and the calculation of earthquake using the response spectrum method which is in accordance with SNI 1726:2012 and the 2012 earthquake hazard map of Indonesia. Whereas, the concrete structure design refers to SNI 2847:2013. As the result, the design of the building shows that it has complies all the standards so that it is capable to resist the both the gravity and seismic loads in Surabaya city.
