Abstract
Pupuk hayati dari isolat bakteri penambat nitrogen (BPN) non simbiotik, pelarut fosfat (BPF) dan mikoriza yang telah diaplikasikan pada media tanam tanah asal isolat, telah berhasil dihasilkan. Namun untuk mendapatkan pupuk hayati yang dapat di aplikasikan secara luas maka diperlukan uji pengaruh pupuk hayati terhadap tanaman kacang kedelai (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) dengan menggunakan media tanam tanah yang diambil dari 4 lokasi berbeda. Parameter yang diamati adalah pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, panjang akar, dan berat kering tanaman. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL). Hasil pengamatan dianalisis dengan General Model Linear (GLM) two way dan dilanjutkan dengan Uji Tukey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya interaksi perlakuan komposisi pupuk hayati dengan lokasi pengambilan tanah berpengaruh terhadap panjang akar. Interaksi perlakuan komposisi pupuk hayati berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, luas daun, panjang akar, dan berat kering. Tanaman dengan perlakuan K3L4 adalah tanaman yang memiliki tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun dan berat kering tertinggi. Panjang akar paling tinggi adalah tanaman dengan perlakuan K3L2.

Biofertilizer of nitrogen fixing bacteria (BPN) non symbiotic, solvent phosphate bacteria (BPF) and mycorrhizae those has been applied to the growing media homeland of the isolates, has been successfully produced. However, to obtain a biological fertilizer that can be applied widely it is necessary to test the effect of biological fertilizer on soybean crop (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) by using soil cropping medium taken from 4 different locations.) The parameters observed were growth of plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, root length, and dry weight of the plant. The study design used was a completely randomized design (CRD). Results were analyzed by two-way General Linear Model (GLM) followed by Tukey test. The result showed that the interaction of biological fertilizer composition with the location of soil taking effect on the root length. The interaction of biological fertilizer composition effect on plant height, leaf area, root length, and dry weight. Plant with treatment K3L4 is plant which has the highest of plant height, leaf number, leaf area and dry weight. The highest root length is a plant with K3L2 treatment.
