Abstract
Bandara Soekarno-Hatta merupakan bandar udara Internasional terbesar di Indonesia dengan kapasitas 65 juta penumpang pertahunnya yang terbagi di 3 terminal. Namun dengan jumlah kapasitas dan demand yang tinggi tidak di imbangi dengan fasilitas konektivitas antar ketiga terminal yang efektif dan efisien. Maka dari itu perlu adanya perencanaan sistem perpindahan penumpang yang baik.
Metodologi untuk mengetahui demand penumpang, dibutuhkan data survei counting penumpang dan data pertumbuhan penumpang tahunan yang di analisis dengan Typical Peak hour Passenger.Kemudian, dilakukan analisis demand menggunakan Matriks Asal Tujuan dengan metode furness. Setelah itu untuk mengetahui pembebanan ruasnya dilakukan analisis Trip Assignment.
Hasil evaluasi terhadap kinerja shuttle bus eksisting pada Headway, Waktu Perjalanan, Frekuensi, Waktu tunggu tidak memiliki konsistensi yang pasti dan tidak sesuai dengan jadwal yang sudah di tetapkan oleh PT. Angkasa Pura II. Hasil rata-rata survei kinerja masih terbilang baik dengan total nilai 23 apabila dinilai berdasarkan standar Dirjen Perhubungan. Analisis demand menunjukan pertumbuhan transit saat peak hour pada tahun rencana 2047 sebanyak 3962 penumpang. Terdapat 2 alternatif rute perencanaan dengan menggunakan moda yang sama yaitu Automated People Mover berkapasitas 90 penumpang. Perencanaan rute I direncanakan memiliki panjang trase sepanjang 6.32 km dengan waktu perjalaan moda 2.5 menit/km, headway rencana yaitu 5 menit, jumlah frekuensi modanya 30 unit/jam dengan kebutuhan jumlah moda adalah 8 unit. Dengan nilai Load factor sebesar 0.90. Sedangkan pada perencanaan 2 direncanakan memiliki panjang trase sepanjang 7.97 km dengan waktu perjalaan moda 2.7 menit/km, headway rencana yaitu 5 menit, jumlah frekuensi modanya 30 unit/jam dengan kebutuhan jumlah moda adalah 13 unit. Load factor yang direncanakan adalah 0.55 sehingga moda ini nyaman untuk penumpang.

Soekarno Hatta Airport is the largest International Airport in Indonesia that has a capacity of 65 million passengers per year which is divided into 3 major terminals. However, the high capacity and demand is not balanced with the connectivity facilities between the three terminals that are effective and efficient. Therefore, it is necessary to plan a good passenger transfer system.
Methodology to know the demand of passengers are passenger counting survey and annual passenger growth data, that analyzed with Typical Peak Hour Passenger. Then, analysis of demand by using Matrix of Origin Destination with Furness Method. After that to know the load every route segment by Trip Assignment analysis.
Performance evaliation of the existing shuttle bus on headway, travel time, frequency, and stop time does not have a consistency that is not in accordance with the schedule set by PT. Angkasa Pura II. The average performance survey results are still fairly good with a total score of 23 designated by the standards of the Directorate General of Transportation. Demand analysis shows the growth of transit during peak hour in the year of 2047 is 3962 passengers. There are two alternative route planning using the same m Automated People Mover mode with 90 passengers. First route planned to have a length of 6.32 km of trajectory with 2.5 minutes / km module time, headway plan is 5 minute, 30 units / hour with the needs of the number of APMS is 8 units. With Load factor value of 0.90. While in second route planned to have a length of 7.97 km of track with 2.7 minute/ km module time, 5 minute headway, 30 units / hour with the needs of the number of modes is 13 units. The planned load factor is 0.55 so this mode is convenient for passengers.
