Abstract

Pada tugas akhir ini membahas mengenai modifikasi jembatan Duplikasi Musi II dengan menggunakan sistem cable stayed bentang banyak dan box girder pratekan. Jembatan ini memiliki bentang 680 m yang terbagi menjadi 3 bentang utama yang masing-masing panjangnya adalah 170 m dan 2 bentang tepi masing-masing 80 m. Konfigurasi kabel jembatan menggunakan Double Planes System untuk arah melintang dan Semi Harp Pattern untuk arah memanjang. Jembatan memiliki lebar lantai kendaraan 18 m (4/2UD), lantai kendaraan didesainlebar agar jembatan tahan terhadap efek aerodinamis. Adapun hasil dari modifikasi jembatan ini dibatasi hanya pada elemen struktur atas. Dalam pembahasan ini lantai kendaraan didesain berupa box girder pratekan segemntal precast dengan tinggi box 4,25 m. Sedangankan pylon didesain menggunakan material beton bertulang. Untuk permodelan jembatan menggunakan program bantu MIDAS CIVIL 2011. Pembebanan staging analysis berupa perletakan form traveler akibat beban sendiri dan lantai kendaraan yang diangkat. kemudian jembatan dilakukan analisa gaya dalam akibat sistem balance kantilever. Selanjutnya dilanjutkan perhitungan penulangan box, kontrol lendutan, perhitungan geser, perhitungan dan stabilitas yang meliputi kontrol momen retak, kontrol momen batas, kontrol torsi serta stabilitas aerodinamis yang melupti kontrol terhadap frekwensi alami, efek flutter, dan juga vortex-shedding.

This final project discusses on the modification of Musi II bridge by using multispan cable stayed system and prestressed box girders. The bridge has a span of 680 m which is divided into 3 main spans, each of which is 170 m and 2 side spans of 80 m. Configuration of the bridge cables using Double Plane System for cross direction and Semi Harp Pattern for longitudinal directions. The bridge has width of 18 m (4 / 2UD), the deck is designed wide so the bridge has a good resistance to the aerodynamic effects. The result of this bridge modification is limited only to the upper structural elements. In this discussion, the deck of bridge is designed as prestressed box segmental precast with the height of 4.25 m. While the pylon is designed using reinforced concrete material. For bridge modeling using MIDAS CIVIL 2011 program. The imposition of staging analysis is placement of the traveler form due to its own load and the lifted floor. Then bridge is analyzed by the force of cantilever balance system. Furthermore, calculation of box dimension, deflection control, shear calculations, calculations and stability include control of cracking moments, boundary moment control, torque control and aerodynamic stability which include control over natural frequencies, flutter effects, as well as vortex-shedding.
