Abstract
Seiring berkembangnya teknologi informasi, seluruh aspek bisnis mulai memanfaatkan IT untuk mengembangkan usaha yang sudah berjalan. Tidak ketinggalan adalah bisnis yang sudah berjalan lama yaitu yang bergerak pada bidang tour dan travel. PT Haryono Tour adalah salah satu pemain besar di Surabaya yang sudah menjalankan usaha tiket, tour, dan travel sejak hampir 20 tahun yang lalu. Saat ini perusahaan memiliki agen lebih dari 100 yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Perusahaan memiliki omzet lebih dari 300 juta per hari dengan 80% penjualan adalah dari sub-agen yang sudah ada, sedangkan perusahaan masih menggunakan asas kepercayaan untuk pengelolaan sub-agen yang ada.
Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas maka PT Haryono Tour membutuhkan analisa dan perancangan Aplikasi e-Ticketing Terintegrasi untuk sistem B2B yang sesuai dengan visi dan misi perusahan serta untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah perusahaan dalam persaingan yang semakin ketat. Analisa dan perancangan pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah daftar sumber kebutuhan, prioritas kebutuhan fungsional, analisa flow diagram, perancangan arsitektur sistem, CDM, PDM, dan yang terakhir adalah rancangan User Interface aplikasi. Dengan hasil analisa dan perancangan pada penelitian ini, PT Haryono Tour dapat mengembangkan Aplikasi E-Ticketing dengan dasar pengembangan yang jelas sehingga proses pengembangan lebih efektif dan efisien.

As the development of information technology, all aspects of business began to use IT to develop the business that has been running, Included in the tour and travel business. PT Haryono Tour is one of the big players in Surabaya who has been running a ticket, tour and travel business since almost 20 years ago. Currently the company has more than 100 agents spread all over Indonesia. The company has a turnover more than 300 million per day with 80% of sales being from existing sub-agents, while the company still uses the trust principle for the management of existing sub-agents.
Based on the problem, PT Haryono Tour requires analysis and design of Integrated e-Ticketing Application for B2B system in accordance with the vision and mission of the company and to increase the added value of the company in the competition . Analysis and design in this research using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach.
The results of this study are the sources of need, functional requirements priority, flow diagram analysis, system architecture design, CDM, PDM, User Interface design. This design result can be used by PT Haryono Tour to develop E-Ticketing Application with good requirement document, so that development process more effective and efficient.
