Abstract
Pekerjaan Perancangan Arsitektur terdapat beberapa jenis rancangan yang dapat dihasilkan baik berupa konsep Rancangan, gambar Pra Rancangan, Hasil Rancangan, Gambar kerja (DED) hingga Rencana Kerja dan Syarat (RKS) serta Rencana Anggara Biaya (RAB). Pada Laporan proyek ini terdiri dari dua proyek yaitu Perancangan Rumah Sewa dan Perancangan Rumah Sakit Tipe C. Dalam menyelesaikan proyek pertama dimulai dari merencanakan konsep rancangan sesuai dari permintaan owner hingga menghasilkan rancangan desain Rumah Sewa yang mengutamakan kenyaman dan keamanan bagi pengguna bangunan.
Selanjutnya pada proyek kedua, pengerjaannya dimulai dengan pembuatan Gambar kerja (DED) yang dapat menjelaskan detail dari rancangan yang sudah tergambar, selain itu juga memberikan data rencana kerja dan syarat serta rencana anggaran biaya. Sehingga dapat memberikan pemahaman yang jelas untuk pelaksanaan pembangunan rancangan tersebut

There are several different types work of designing the architecture that ca be produced either in the form of concept design, pictures of pre- draft, draft result, image work (DED) to work plan and terms (RKS) and Microslav Plan Cost (RAB.) The Report of tis project consists of two project, namely the Design of House Rent and the Design of Type C Hospitals. In Completing the first project started from the planning concept of the draft is appropriate from an owner to produce a draft design of House Rent that prioritizes comfort and safety for user of the building.
Next on the second project, the work was initiade with the creation of the image work (DED) which can explain the details of the design already reflected, in addition also provides data and terms of work plan and budget plan cost. So as to provide a clear understanding for the implementation of the design development.
