Abstract
Perencanaan gedung hotel Holiday Inn Express Surabaya akan dilakukan modifikasi perancangan menggunakan struktur baja dengan metode SRBE (Sistem Rangka Bresing Eksentrik). SRBE merupakan sebuah sistem bresing eksentrik yang memiliki link dan berfungsi sebagai pendisipasi energi ketika struktur menerima beban lateral.
Perhitungan modifikasi perencanaan struktur gedung hotel Holiday Inn Express Surabaya menggunakan sistem rangka bresing eksentrik (SRBE) telah dilakukan. Dimana perhitungan struktur mengacu pada SNI 1729-20015 “Tata Cara Perencanaan Struktur Baja Untuk Bangunan Gedung”, SNI 1726-2012 “Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa Untuk Bangunan Gedung”, SNI 2847-2013 “Tata Cara Perencanaan Struktur Beton Untuk Bangunan Gedung” dan “Peraturan Pembebanan Indonesia Untuk Gedung” PPIUG 1983. Pemodelan dan analisis struktur dilakukan dengan program bantu SAP 2000.
Dari analisa dan hasil perhitungan diperoleh struktur sekunder dan primer: pelat lantai menggunakan bondek SUPER FLOOR DECK t = 0,75 mm, untuk lantai top atap dan lantai 1 t = 90 mm, lantai atap dan lantai 2-14 t = 110 mm, balok anak terdapat 4 macam dimensi yang digunakan, dimensi untuk lantai top atap WF 350x175x6x9, lantai atap WF 450x200x9x14, lantai 2-14 WF 500x200x9x14, lantai 1 WF 400x200x8x13, sedangkan balok induk terdapat 4 macam dimensi juga yang digunakan, dimensi untuk lantai top atap WF 400x200x8x13, lantai atap WF 500x200x9x14, lantai 2-14 WF 600x200x10x15, lantai 1 WF 600x200x11x17, untuk dimensi kolom lantai 1-8 digunakan CFT 700x700x25 dan CFT 600x600x25 dimensi kolom lantai 9-top atap, link terdapat 2 macam dimensi yang digunakan yaitu WF 400x200x8x13 untuk lantai atap-top atap dan WF 500x200x10x16 untuk lantai 1-14, dimensi balok luar link yang digunakan sama dengan dimensi link, dimesi bresing yang digunakan WF 250x250x9x14 untuk lantai atap-top atap dan WF 300x300x10x15 untuk lantai 1-14. Pondasi struktur menggunakan tiang bor (borepile) diameter 120 cm dengan kedalaman 25 m dan tulangan yang digunakan adalah 26 D25 dengan sengkang D16-45 mm.

Planning of Holiday Inn Express Surabaya will be modified design using steel structure with method of SRBE (Eccentric Bracing System Frame). SRBE is an eccentric bresing system that has links and serves as energy energies when the structure receives lateral loads.
The calculation design of the hotel building structure Holiday Inn Express Surabaya using the eccentric boss frame system (SRBE) has been done. Where the calculation of the structure refers to the SNI 1729-20015 "Procedures for Planning Steel Structure for Building Buildings", SNI 1726-2012 "Procedures Planning for Earthquake Resilience for Building Buildings", SNI 2847-2013 "Procedure Planning Concrete Structure For Buildings" and "Indonesia Building Regulation for Building" PPIUG 1983. Modelling and structural analysis is done by using SAP 2000 auxiliary program.
From the analysis and the calculation results obtained secondary and primary structure: the floor plate using SUPER FLOOR DECK t = 0,75 mm, for roof top floor and 1st floor t = 90 mm, roofing floor and 2-14th floor t = 110 mm, There are 4 dimensions used for secondary beam, the roof top floor is WF 350x175x6x9, roofing floor is WF 450x200x9x14, 2-14th floor WF 500x200x9x14, 1st floor WF 400x200x8x13, while the primary beam there are 4 kinds of dimensions are also used, Dimensions for roof top floor WF 400x200x8x13, roofing floor WF 500x200x9x14, 2-14th floor WF 600x200x10x15, 1st floor WF 600x200x11x17, For dimensions of 1-8th floor columns used CFT 700x700x25 dan CFT 600x600x25 dimensions of 9- roof top floor columns, the link contained 2 different dimensions used WF 400x200x8x13 for roofing-roof top floor and WF 500x200x10x16 for 1-14th floor, beam outside link dimension are used same with link dimensions, braced dimension used WF 250x250x9x14 for roofing-roof top floor and WF 300x300x10x15 for 1-14th floor. The foundation of the structure uses a 120 cm diameter borepile with a depth of 25 m and the reinforcement used is 26 D25 with a D16-45 mm split.
