Abstract
Bandar Udara Internasional Ahmad Yani merupakan bandar udara yang perlu ditingkatkan kapasitasnya. Bandar Udara Internasional Ahmad Yani merupakan prasarana pokok untuk menunjang berkembangnya kegiatan sosial ekonomi dan berbagai aktivitas di Jawa Tengah, kota Semarang yang berseberangan dengan pulau Kalimantan menyimpan potensi adanya hubungan transportasi udara antara Pulau Jawa dengan sentra-sentra ekonomi di Pulau Kalimantan. Dalam penyelesaian Tugas Akhir ini akan dilakukan pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dengan penumpang di Bandar Udara Internasional Ahmad Yani. Kuisioner dibagikan kepada penumpang domestik dan Internasional untuk keberangkatan. Hasil kuisioner kemudian akan diolah menggunakan analisis statistik untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan moda transportasi akses Bandar Udara Ahmad Yani Semarang.
Dari beberapa grafik linier yang diuji dapat disimpulkan bahwa jarak perjalanan berdasarakan waktu yang memiliki R2 paling baik yaitu R2= 0.9951 sehingga atribut selisih jarak perjalanan berdasarkan waktu yang digunakan permodelan probabilitas pengguna moda di Bandar Udara Internasional Ahmad Yani
Untuk pemilihan moda transportasi adalah 33% memilih kendaraan pribadi dan 67% memilih kendaraan umum. Proporsi pemilihan kendaraan umum adalah BusTrans 6%, Taksi 26%, dan Kereta 5%.

Ahmad Yani International Airport is an airport that needs to be upgraded capacity. Ahmad Yani International Airport is the basic infrastructure to support the development of socio-economic activities and a variety of activities in the Central Java city of Semarang opposite the island of Borneo holds the potential presence of air transportation relationship between Java and economic centers on the island of Borneo.
Data collecting in the form of interviews with passengers at the Adisutjipto Airport will be conducted in the completion of this final project. Questionnaires were distributed to domestic and international passengers at departure boarding lounge. The results of the questionnaire is then processed using statistical analysis to identify factors that had been influenced the access transport modes selection to Kulon Progo International Airport.
From some of the linear graphics that were tested can be concluded that the travel distance on the terms of the time that has most excellent R2 = 0.9951 so that attributes the difference in travel distance based on the time spent modeling the probability of the user mode in Ahmad Yani International Airport
The conclusion obtained that in terms of transportation modes selection, 33% will use private vehicle and 67% will use public transportation. The proportions are 6% for bus trans, 26% for taxi, and 5% choose train.
