Abstract

Gedung hotel ibis shafira Surabaya ialah gedung yang mempunyai 10 lantai dibangun di daerah gempa renda dengan mutu beton 25 Mpa. Gedung tersebut dibangun dengan menggunakan beton bertulang biasa dengan sistem cor di tempat. Ditinjau dalam proses pelaksanaan konstruksi, haruslah ada pengecekan dengan cara tes uji tekan sampel beton untuk ketercapaian mutu beton rencana. Sehingga memperkecil kerugian dan kecelakaan yang mungkin timbul akibat terjadinya kegagalan konstruksi. Kegagalan kontruksi sangat banyak factor yang memengaruhi seperti mutu besi, banyaknya besi, mutu beton yang tidak tercapai rencana dan banyak lain sebaigainya. Sebagai bahan studi dalam penyusunan Tugas akhir ini, gedung tersebut akan di evaluasi kinerja struktur akibat tidak ketercapainya mutu beton saat pelaksanaannya. Pedoman evaluasi gedung tersebut mengacu akan beberapa aturan yaitu tahan gempa di indonesia ialah SNI 03-2847-2013 dan SNI 03-1726-2012 Adapun tujuan utama dari SNI 03-2847-2013 dan SNI 03-1726-2012 ialah membuat struktur tidak runtuh namun boleh mengalami kerusakan non struktural bila menerima gaya lateral yang besar akibat gempa. Perkuatan bangunan beton akibat penurunan mutu beton saat pelaksanaan diperlukan bila kemampuan bangunan sudah di bawah kekuatan yang diperlukan untuk memikul beban yang bekerja dengan aman dan tidak melendut secara berlebihan serta pemilihan metode perbaikan haruslah realistis untuk dapat di laksanaakan serta meninjau total harga perbaikan agar dapat dipertimbangkan apakah gedung tersebut masih layak di perbaiki atau lebih baik di robohkan. Dari hasil evaluasi kinerja striktur hotel ibis shafira Surabaya akibat penurunan mutu beton saat pelaksanaan elemen struktur dominan mengalami penurunan kapasitas penampang, sehinngga metode yang diambil dalam evaluasi ini adalah perbesaran dimensi. Ibis shafira hotel surabaya have 10 floor that built in low earthquake area with 25 Mpa of concrete quality. This hotel built by using reinforced concrete with In situ Method. Implemention Construction process should be checked with compressive concrete tes to get quality concrete target. So that, decrease the disadvantage and minimize the accident that happened because construction failure. It can be happended because A lot of factor such as quality of rebar, quality of concrete and etc. Because of that, this building will be Evaluate structure performance for consequence of low quality concrete while implementation. Building Assesment according to SNI 03-2847-2013 and SNI 03-1726-2012. The main purpose of SNI 03-2847-2013 and SNI 03-1726-2012 is prevented failure conctruction and permitted failure of non structural element as the result of Lateral Force by earthquake. The cultivation concrete structure as consequences of qualty concrete implementation is needed when the performance of the structure under capacity to trasmit load and deflection that happened is normal. The choice of improvement method must be realistic to be done and also reviewed amount of builing improvement, it is allowed to improve or it should be destroyed. As the result of assesment, the performance of structure ibis shafira surabaya hotel as consequences of the decrese concrete quality when implemention of structure elemen run into the decrease capacity of cross secrion, so that the method that chosen for this assesment is To enlarge cross secrion.
