Abstract

Jumlah restoran yang beroperasi di Surabaya mengalami kenaikan sekitar 15-20% setiap tahun. Menurut Kepala DPPK Kota Surabaya, kenaikan jumlah restoran tersebut diiringi dengan peningkatan daya beli masyarakat. Hal tersebut menunjukkan persaingan bisnis restoran semakin ketat. Salah satu jenis restoran yang beroperasi di Surabaya adalah restoran Jepang. Hakata Ikkousha merupakan restoran Jepang spesialis ramen Hakata dari Fukuoka, Jepang. Salah satu cabang Hakata Ikkousha terletak di Jalan Manyar Kertoarjo Surabaya. Hakata Ikkousha membuka cabang di Indonesia dengan visi untuk memperkenalkan Hakata Ikkousha di Indonesia. Informasi seputar Hakata Ikkousha dapat menjadi sarana untuk memperkenalkan restoran. Sebagai restoran cabang dari Jepang, Hakata Ikkousha memiliki citra Authentic Japanese Restaurant. Hakata Ikkousha biasanya dikunjungi oleh pelanggan bersama keluarga, teman, atau rekan kerja. Dalam mendesain interior restoran diperlukan metode desain. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, analisa data, konsep, pengembangan desain, dan desain akhir. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data lapangan dan data literatur. Analisa data meliputi analisa pengguna, aktifitas, ruang, fasilitas, dan data lapangan. Konsep, pengembangan desain, dan desain akhir diperoleh berdasarkan hasil analisa data. Dari analisa data tersebut diharapkan dapat menghasilkan sebuah desain interior restoran Jepang Hakata Ikkousha dengan konsep komunikatif. Tujuannya agar pelanggan dapat memperoleh informasi seputar Hakata Ikkousha dan mendukung visi Hakata Ikkousha. Selain itu, desain interior Hakata Ikkousha perlu didukung dengan suasana Jepang sebagai citra restoran dan suasana akrab untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan pelanggan. ================================================================= The number of restaurants operating in Surabaya has increased by about 15-20% every year. According to the Head of DPPK Surabaya, the increase in the number of restaurants is accompanied by increased purchasing power. This shows the increasingly tight competition in restaurant business. One of the types of restaurant operating in Surabaya is a Japanese restaurant. Hakata Ikkousha is a Japanese restaurant from Fukuoka, Japan, which specializes in Hakata ramen. One of Hakata Ikkousha branches is located at Jalan Manyar Kertoarjo Surabaya. Hakata Ikkousha opened a branch in Indonesia with a vision to introduce Hakata Ikkousha in Indonesia. Information about Hakata Ikkousha can be a way to introduce the restaurant. As a branch restaurant from Japan, Hakata Ikkousha has the image of Authentic Japanese Restaurant. Hakata Ikkousha customers usually visited the restaurant with their family, friends, or co-workers. Methodology is required in restaurant interior design. The methods used are data collection, data analysis, concept, design development, and final design. The data collected are field data and literature data. Data analysis includes user analysis, activities, space, facilities, and field data. Concept, design development, and final design are obtained based on data analysis. The data analysis result is expected to obtain an interior design of Hakata Ikkousha Japanese restaurant with communicative concept. The goal is that customers can obtain information about ramen and Hakata Ikkousha and also support Hakata Ikkousha vision. In addition, interior design of Hakata Ikkousha needs to be supported with Japanese atmosphere to represent the restaurant image and an intimate atmosphere to improve customer�s comfort.
