Abstract
Saat ini Indonesia mengalami kekurangan cadangan listrik. Untuk itu pemerintah menggalakan program 35000 MW guna memenuhi kebutuhan listrik nasional. Program ini rencananya akan terealisasi secara tuntas pada tahun 2019. Oleh karena itu diperlukan kapal pembangkit listrik guna membantu program pemerintah ini. Diantara daerah yang mengalami kekurangan pasokan listrik adalah Kalimantan Barat dan Lombok yaitu sebesar 26.64 megawatt dan 29.25 megawatt. Untuk itu dirancanglah kapal pembangkit listrik untuk kedua daerah tersebut yaitu sebesar 30 megawatt. Kapal yang digunakan memiliki lambung berbentuk self-propelled barge. Dari analisa teknis didapatkan ukuran utama kapal yaitu panjang = 76.071 m, lebar = 19.845 m, tinggi 4.704 m, dan sarat 2.425 m. Kemudian dari analisa ekonomis didapatkan biaya investasi awal kapal sebesar Rp 91,840,228,580.

Therefore, it is necessary to build a power ship to help this government program. Among the areas that have electricity shortages are West Kalimantan and Lombok, namely 26.64 megawatts and 29.25 megawatts. For that purpose, the design of power plant vessels for both areas is 30 megawatts. The ship uses self-propelled barges hull shape. From the analysis, the dimension of ship are length = 76.071 m, breath = 19.845 m, height = 4.704 m, dan draught = 2.425 m. And the investation to build the ship is Rp 91,840,228,580.
