Abstract

Kota Surabaya merupakan salah satu kota terbesar di Indonesia. Banyak pembangunan perumahan yang dilakukan disisi pinggiran kota Surabaya, seperti halnya pada daerah Sumur Welut Surabaya barat. Lahan kosong didataran tinggi diambil alih perusahaan dan direncanakan perumahan pada 5 tahun mendatang dengan luas lahan 10 ha. Terjadinya perubahan lahan akan menyebabkan area resapan air berkurang. Dan lebihnya air (run off) yang terjadi pada lahan perumahan akan lebih banyak dialirkan ke boezem Sumur Welut. Boezem Sumur Welut memiliki luas tampungan 5476 m2 dengan kedalaman 4 m tinggi jagaan 1 meter dan difasilitasi pintu air. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kapasitas tampungan boezem terhadap perubahan lahan kosong didataran tinggi menjadi perumahan. Konsep yang digunakan dalam pekerjaan tugas akhir ini adalah merencanakan sistem jaringan drainse perumahan dan pemukiman warga, dan merencanakan dimensi saluran. Saluran yang direncanakan adalah saluran kuarter, saluran tersier, saluran skunder, dan saluran Primer. Selain itu, sebagian limpasan air yang masuk ke dalam kawasan Sumur Welut akan ditampung pada boezem dan dialirkan langsung pada saluran outflow. Dari analisa perhitungan didapatkan dimensi saluran kuarter, saluran tersier, saluran sekunder dan saluran primer yang bervariasi. Tampungan boezem yang dianalisa selama hujan 2 jam mampu menampung limpasan banjir total sebesar 12806,15 m3 di elevasi +10.34. Dan adanya analisa penulusuran banjir dengan 2 alternatif didapat pada pintu air elevasi muka air +9,60 m dan pada bangunan pelimpah didapat +9,99 m. Limpasan banjir yang tidak dapat dialirkan secara grafitasi menggunakan pompa berkapasitas 0,50 m3/det. ============================================================================================== Surabaya is one of the biggest city in Indonesia. Many housing development in suburban side of Surabaya city are being done, such as in SumurWelut Western Surabaya area.The empty land in the highlands taken over by the company and already planned to become a residential for 5 years later with total area for about 10 ha.Changes of land use will result in a reduced of water absorption area. Then the rest of the water(run off)which come into residential land will be flowed more to the boezem of SumurWelut. The Boezemof SumurWeluthas capacity area for about 5476 m2 with 4 m of depth and height of water protectionabout 1 meter which equipped with the foodgates. The purpose of this final task is to analyze the capacity of the boezem from the changes of the empty land in highlandto become a residential.The concept of this final task is planning the drainage network system of the residential and the dimension of the channel.the channel that will be planned is the quarter channel, the tersier channel, the secondary channel, and the primary channel.In addition, some of the rest of the water which come into SumurWelut area will be collected in the boezem and directly flowed on the outflow channel. From the calculation of the analysis could get vary of the dimension ofthe quarter channel, the tersier channel, the secondary channel, and the primary channel.The boezem capacity which analized during 2 hours raining still capable to accommodate the total flood for about 12806,15 m3elevated at +10.34. While the analysis of flood routing with 2 alternative shows the elevation of the water at the foodgates at +9,60 m and at the exile building at +9,99 m. The flood that could not be flowed gravitally, will be pumped which its capacity is 0,50 m3/sec.
