Abstract

Gedung proyek tugas akhir terapan adalah pembangunan hotel Swiss-Bell inn terletak di Jalan raya juanda KM. 1.7, Sidoarjo. Pada proyek tugas akhir terapan ini akan dimodifikasi dengan menggunakan metode sistem rangka pemikul momen khusus. Dalam mendesain mengacu pada peraturan SNI 2847:2013, SNI 1727:2013 dan SNI 1726:2012. Setelah pengumpulan data maka dilakukan perencanaan preliminary desain menentukan dimensi setiap elemen struktur. Selanjutnya, dilakukan perhitungan penulangan berdasarkan hasil gaya yang dari program SAP 2000 dengan pengaruh gempa yang telah ditentukan serta perencanaan beton struktural yang memenuhi persyaratan. Perencanaan akhir berupa gambar struktural dan berupa metode pelaksanaan. Pendetailan penulangan akan dituangkan dalam bentuk gambar dengan program AUTOCAD.

This final project assignment building is the construction of the Swiss-Bell inn hotel located on Jalan raya Juanda KM. 1.7, Sidoarjo. In this final assignment project the bulding will be modified by using special moment resisting frame system with method of implementations of upper structure. In designing refers to the regulations of SNI 2847: 2013, SNI 1727: 2013 and SNI 1726: 2012. After the data collection is done preliminary planning design determines the dimensions of each element of the structure. Furthermore, the calculation of reinforcement is based on the results of the inner force obtained from the SAP 2000 program with predetermined earthquake effects and structural concrete planning that meets the requirements. The final planning is a structural drawing and an implementation method of upper structure. Reinforcement detailing will be poured in structural drawing using AUTOCAD program.
