Abstract
Telah dilakukan ranncang bangun sistem monitoring
temperature pada steam output boiler, sistem monitoring ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui efisiensi dari bahan bakar dengan
membandingkan data temperature yang ada di ruang bakar
dengan data temperature yang berada pada steam output. Pada
sistem monitoring temperatur menggunakan alat ukur sensor
termokopel baut tipe K dengan pengkondisian sinyal MAX6675.
Termokopel baut tipe K dengan range pengukuran 0-400oC
dengan panjang kabel 1 m, lebar 6,35 m dan berat 20g.
Monitoring temperatur menggunakan PC sebagai visualisasi data.
Diantaranya menggunakan Delphi7 sebagai interface dan sebagai
penyimpanan database monitoring. Pengambilan data sistem
monitoring pada steam output dibandingkan dengan data setiap
kenaikan temperature pada ruang bakar sehingga dapat diberikan
nilai efisiensi dari data yang dihasilkan nilai efisiensi sebesar
79.494%. Hal ini dikarenakan peletakan sensor yang berada
diruang bakar terlalu dekat dengan FD fan sehingga pada saat
pipa panas tetapi sensor yang terbaca masih belum mencapainya, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi nilai efisiensi

The system of monitoring of temperature in steam output of
boiler has been done, the monitoring system is aimed to know the
efficiency of the fuel by comparing the existing temperature data
in the combustion chamber with the temperature data which is in the steam output. In a temperature monitoring system using a K
type thermocouple sensor gauge with MAX6675 signal
conditioning. K-type thermocouple with measurement range 0-
400oC with cable length 1 m, width 6.35 m and weight 20g.
Temperature monitoring using PC as data visualization. Among
them using Delphi7 as an interface and as a storage monitoring
database. Data retrieval system monitoring on steam output
compared with the data of each temperature increase in the
combustion chamber so that it can be given the efficiency value of
the data generated efficiency value of 79.494%. This is because
the laying of the sensor in the room is too close to the FD fan so
that when the heat pipe but the sensor is still not read it, so it can affect the value of efficiency
